False advertising

House was completely unresponsive. Sent a message Thursday …we checked out on Monday. Still no communication back. There was a dead bug in the tub, stains on the sheets, no blanket in the house, only sheets. no place to put your suitcase, towels were old. There were no hand towels or bath towels orbathmat. Internet was spotty, TV kept buffering. And everything was as if it was for 7 foot tall perso.The unit was very close to a very busy road and due to very old windows. You could hear all the traffic. I’ve stayed at a lot of places, and this was by far the worst. Nothing like the pictures.

Worst place I’ve stayed

First of all the pictures are not what the apartment looks like at all. The area is decent and the outside area is nice that’s the only good thing. We walked to the air being off it was 80 degrees inside. I went into the bathroom and there was a dead cockroach. I immediately called the host and he said “if it’s dead that means the pest control is working.” That’s completely unacceptable. I then opened the cabinet in the kitchen and a living roach crawled into one of the hinges. The dishes were dirty as well, there was no soap anywhere to be found, and no hand towels. I tried contacting the host again and he has not responded. I didn’t even stay one night when I booked it for two so don’t waste your money.
