Everything was great. Very nice and clean. Fully equipped with everything you need. I will definitely stay again. If you want a place in Tampa near Busch Gardens this is the place for you. Great price too. John is a great host. Can’t do any better than this place!

Great little getaway

Was a perfect little getaway for my quick visit. Could've used a couple more pillows, towels & coffee pods but overall a great stay and John was quick to communicate and a great host!! Everything was a described! Will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!!

Hidden Gem!

What a great little efficiency so close to Busch Gardens and USF. John’s place was super clean and just as pictured. As others have mentioned- a few extra towels and pillows are needed. Basic pots and pans to cook with and a nice sink to wash the dishes as well. Maybe some plates (instead of paper plates) would be helpful to some? We didn’t need them. Thank you and we hope to stay here again!

A bit disappointed

Unfortunately, due to the hurricane I was only able to stay 1 of the 4 nights I had booked as the area was evacuated. I had been in frequent communication with the host until I had asked to transfer the days I had paid for but lost due to the storm to a few days later as I still needed to be at work. From that point I had no more replies to messages. It is a shame because the property/location itself was exactly what I needed and would have needed to add on an additional week. Will be booking a different property for this week.

Everything in the unit was just fine. No complaints at all with the unit. We did send a message to the owner asking if anybody was coming in the night. We were checking out and if we could stay an extra hour because my wife was actually not feeling good and I was gonna let her sleep in a little bit, but he never got back to us which was a little disappointing but otherwise everything was just fine
