Located nearby many attractions (Florida State Fairgrounds, Bush Garden, Adventure Island Parks, Downtown and Restaurants)
We create a special space as a guest's suite for your exclusive use which is part of the main house but with separate and completely private and independent entrances. Pretty quiet and created for a relaxing stay.

Cute room, works perfect for a couple. Bed was comfy. Tv worked great with my log in. Close to Casino and RV show at fairgrounds.

Private convenient

Beautiful end unit with private entrance that was really close to the casino and very affordable. I felt safe to walk to the casino during the day.

The property was great! Loved having my own private patio and the room and area was clean coming in. Literally the only bummer was that I couldnt get the coffee maker to work. It's wonderfully walkable to the casino where I had fun playing poker and relaxing by the pool. 10/10 would recpmmend.

Good value

Overall excellent. Small things missing. Two dirty coffee cups with coffee machine. Not enough toilet paper. There was no drying up cloth for dishes but they did have paper towel.

Perfect Getaway

Perfectly pristine and such a cool vibe, awesome place to stay after our concert at Amalie Arena. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and we enjoyed every creative detail of this beautiful space. Our hostess was attentive to all my questions and made us feel very welcome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. After our stay we headed over to the Hard Rock Casino right nearby for food and fun.

Place was great location for walking to casino and even concert venue. In the unit, the space has everything you need and then some! Great features and decor. Bed is quite low to ground and not the most comfortable but it did the job for a night.

Location, location, location

The location of this STR was perfect! We attended an event at the Fair Grounds that ended up being so convenient. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the rental was clean and comfortable. It was well appointed with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Recommended.

Property needs a new more comfortable bed. It is difficult for older people to get up out of the bed because it is so low to the floor!

Nice room

Just needed the room for a couple hours because we were out and about. Room was wonderful for that, just wasn't able to control the AC. It was a little too cold in there for us. Everything else was perfect.
