This designer home is located in The Village of Bradford in The Villages. It features community amenities of 50 golf courses and 230 pickleball courts . Access to nature trails, putting greens, and community pools, among other recreational amenities. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom designer home features outdoor living spaces with gas fire pit patio and sink into the Adirondack chairs to relax the night away or grill out on the gas grille or relax in the screened-in lanai. Come down and Seas the Day!
OUTDOOR LIVING: Private lanai, smart TV, dining table & chairs, yard, partially shaded patio, Adirondack chairs & fire pit
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs, cable, board games
KITCHEN: Stove/oven, fridge, microwave, blender, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking pans, pots and sheet pans, spices, toaster, dishes & flatware, counter seating
GENERAL: Smart key-less entry, complimentary toiletries, free WiFi, central A/C & heat, hair dryer, steamer, trash bags & paper towels, linens & towels, washer/dryer.
PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles) and golf cart garage

I am from the Washington, DC area and grew up there all my life. I have recently moved to Florida to be close to my Mom, sister and Aunt who all live here in The Villages. I own the property with my partner, Dawn. We want people to enjoy our property as if it is their own.

It is pretty similar to other properties, but we have a fire pit and outdoor TV and we love our village of Bradford.
