Enjoy a fabulous Gulf Coast getaway with the whole family at this trio of suites in the heart of Bradenton Beach! Primed to take advantage of all the best that Anna Maria Island has to offer, this gorgeous group retreat boasts a private on-site pool and an unbeatable location just steps from the beach. The property is only a few blocks from the Bridge Street Pier along with a fantastic selection of local bars and restaurants. After the day's outings, cool off with a refreshing dip in the on-site pool before heading up to one of the three separate outdoor areas to kick back with a frosty beverage. A gas grill and poolside dining table offer the option for family cookouts as well.

Each two-bedroom suite comes complete with all the modern home essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a full kitchen. Plush seating and smart TVs are ready to welcome casual indoor comfort when everyone has had their fill of the Florida sun. A shared washer/dryer is located on the property for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our go to vacation home!

We love this property and have stayed here for the past 2 years. We rent the full property since we have a large family. Can’t beat the location as it’s right across the street to public beach access and a very short walk to bridge street. Definitely recommend this home.

Location is everything!

Location was amazing! Right across the street from the beach, a little market right next door, bridge street 2 blocks away. We rented all 3 units for our family vacation. We had some cleanliness issues with units & the pool and pool area. Communication with help wasn’t great. There were more beach items than expected so that was a pleasant surprise! It served its purpose for the week, but I don’t think I would book again.

Nice place and location to stay!

Rented all three units for our family vacation. It was great having everyone close but also gave us all space to ourselves by each of us having our own unit. The location is great, right across from the public beach access and a very short walking distance to Bridge St. We didn't need a car the entire time we were there. Would definitely recommend!

Great location awkward layouts

The location is great, the units were very clean but incredibly modest and very awkwardly laid out. There isn't an ice maker or purified water from fridge. The dining area in two units is on the opposite side from the kitchen area. No good area for a large family dinner. Pool was clean but got almost too hot to swim in during the day. Really enjoyed our stay but probably better suited for couples or smaller families.

Summer vacation with 12 teens - it was great!

We took 12 teenagers ages 16-19 with us for a week and this place was perfect! The units are well loved and it shows in some spots but the imperfect furnishings made it less worrisome for us since teenagers can be rough on things. It was great to have 3 separate units so the girls had their own space and the boys had theirs....and we had our own too! The private pool and proximity to the beach and Bridge street were wonderful. The kids could take the trolly all around the island and enjoy different beaches and shopping areas/restaurants. July in FL is hot and sticky but the units had fabulous AC. We had plenty of space to hang out inside and out on the deck. Everything about this trip and rental was just what we wanted. We loved it!

Soccer trip

Arrived at property at 11am not one was there. Called about early check in and thats a no go till 4pm. Left for hour came back and no one there, called again about early check in. Sir im sorry your check in is at 4pm... 4pm finally arrives and none of the codes work... finally sometime after 515ish pm they send new codes (10 number codes) btw the way they sent me 3 4 number codes. Was told about a common area between the 3 units (yeah outside by the pool. Twisting of words! ... overall 2 out of 5 stars and dont even get me started about the shotty plumbing! Gurgling tiolet at night and anytime the upstairs flushed and splatter all over the floor. ...
