The Kitchen has all modern appliances and most basic cooking utensils including silverware, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pan, noodle strainer, spatulas, mixer, etc.

The home is an amazing place to stay for families coming to town or workers who want a nice place to relax.

Approximately 2500 sq ft to use between the 1800 sq ft home and 600 sq ft of additional outdoor space to relax in porches.

Amazing Backyard with a standard charcoal grill stored outside. PLEASE only use grill outdoors and not in porch to avoid smoke/heat damage.

Driveway can park up to 4 coupe/sedan sized cars, and one car additional in front of home.

Pets (dogs) are allowed ($100+tax minimum fee) with a pet fee of 50.00 per pet per day+tax, $275+tax a week, or $500+tax a month per pet.
Only 1 pet allowed. Any more than 1 pet must be approved by host before booking.
Bully breeds are not allowed
Please cover furniture and guard against the pet smell with proper grooming
**There is still an additional $100 cleaning fee per cleaning schedule for service/ESA as the extra cleaning type needed to prevent allergies, hair, sheets, couches etc. required for future guests. Additional Fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure.

Only battery-operated candles in fireplace, no real fires allowed.

Please only park in driveway or in front of home on street. Please Do NOT park in yard or block neighbors' driveways.

If you have young children there are some basic cleaning supplies stored under the kitchen sink and supplies or tools in laundry closet so please take proper precautions when necessary.
