The owner's suite has a queen bed and en-suite bath, while two guest bedrooms offer a queen bed plus two twins. Guests can also use bikes, kids' fishing rods, washer/dryer and free parking for 2 cars (plus small RV/boat). Located just 1 mile from Spring Park's splash pad, spring-fed pool and St. Johns River, with easy day trips to historic St. Augustine and Jacksonville. Our Pine Ave Home is only about 1 mile from the riverfront and the park. We also have 2 kids fishing rods/reels available - be sure to get your fishing license for use!



Pet Friendly - pets less than 40 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. (Max 1 pets) All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Any damages from the pet are not covered by the limited damage waiver.



Certain Boats, RV's or Trailers may be allowed - there is an area for parking them. Must be approved in advance, based on size.



Propane is not provided. If there is some left from a prior guest, that's great. Otherwise you can take the tank provided and swap it out at a local grocery or hardware store. We also do not provide firewood. There are many places around to purchase it if you decide to use the firepit!



**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement.



Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.
