Quiet hours 10pm-8am•No street parking at any time •No parties/gatherings. No personal mail delivery, No pets, No smoking or vaping inside the house
Max of 5 vehicles: No RV's/travel trailers/ATV's/buses/camper pop ups/ Boats/Razors.
No day guests, not to exceed 8 people, number of guests on approved reservation must match the number of guest arrival
