Built 2023 Tiny Modern Home
SUP, kayaks, bikes, beautiful sunsets with a view of the Albemarle Sound!
Modern and comfortable furniture, all new in May 2023.
The entire house is separate and has one bedroom, full bathroom, living room and full kitchen. Beautiful rose garden and trees surrounding the porch. Great energy for couples on honeymoon or others wanting spending quality time together.

This cozy and modern home is perfect for couples on honeymoon or others looking to spend quality time together. Located walking distance from the Albemarle Sound and only a 5 minute drive away from the beach. This home is surrounded by oak trees and offers beautiful sunsets with a view of the Albemarle Sound. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and there's even a porch where you can relax, drinking your morning coffee while listening to the birds or view the sunset in the evenings. SUP, kayaks, and bikes are all included so you can explore the surrounding areas during your stay. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to experience an unforgettable getaway!
Modern tiny house with high ceiling, one bedroom and one-bath.. Private entry and the entire place to yourself, one level. Easy accessible house with only a few stairs to the house and walk in shower.
Smart TV with Netflix access but no full network.
The full kitchen includes the following: Fridge/freezer,, microwave, toaster, stove and coffee maker.
Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included.
Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar.
There are linens for the bed and two sets of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.
We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean.
Not pet friendly. There is a cat that lives in the common outdoor areas. The owner lives in the building in front of the house. Parking space limited to one car only.

Super cute and cozy! Perfect for our anniversary getaway. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a short stroll to a wonderful walking/bike path along the water for enjoying beautiful sunsets. Close to nice beaches and many conveniences.We would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!XXOO

Great stay

Great location, pretty private and quiet. My only gripe is the shower floor is uneven. Other than that the host was hospitable, the space was very clean, nicely decorated, and cozy.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time here! The place was beautiful and clean. The neighbors were also so wonderful and helped us with the kayaks.

Winter Get-Away

I loved that we didn't have to rent this property for a whole week like many beach houses. It was secluded enough to feel private, but not isolated from the sound, ocean, shops, dining, and other activities. The only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars is because the bed and couch both were a little uncomfortable (too firm) for us. Personal preference though. That said, we would stay here again. Host is friendly and the price was right!!

Very cute little tiny house. Looks great inside & outside. Cool little kitchen w/ easy to use coffee pot. Great bed. Comfortable chairs. Great refrigerator. We had a great time. Needs a 2nd mirror. Only 1 in bathroom. Recommend one in bedroom. Need cable for TV. Local news, college or Pro Sports on tv. It’s private. It’s quiet. It’s safe. Close to golf courses, restaurants, coffee shops etc

The Awesome Tiny House

Our story starts out by we were greeted with the Moon House cat, who was very welcoming, beautiful and friendly. We loved that because we have 2 cats we love and adore dearly. Our stay was cozy, comfortable, relaxing and so peaceful. The bed gave us perfect sleep. The shower was so relaxing you don't want to get out. We loved everything about our stay. And of course when we were leaving this morning the cat Layla came to say goodbye. It was a perfect ending for the perfect stay in the awesome tiny house. Thank you for having us. Peaceful Place and Great Locale to Experience Outerbanks!

We were able to experience 5 quiet off season days here. With its locale we were easily able to drive to anything we wanted to experience in OBX. With the rental we used bikes, hot tub and grill. Didnt use kayak so not sure if there was equipment to transport it to a water site. House brand new. AC worked great. Appliances all new and king bed very, very comfortable. Nicely decorated..beachy blues and white with sliding glass doors from bedroom and from living area to a long back porch. Loved seeing stars from back porch. Very quiet inside when doors closed...Hostess on property in main house... super nice and helpful. Easy to communicate with, too. Enjoyed our stay!

Host was welcoming, but I had some difficulty understanding some of her messages/responses to my questions. Additionally, We had difficulty getting our luggage from the parking place in front of the owner’s home all the way to the house we were staying in behind her. Finally, The hot tub was not adjacent to the house in which we were staying - it was downhill, behind the owner’s home and an adjacent rental place, and the hot tub was being used by the other renters. We were looking for privacy.
