You will be an easy 10 minute drive from Downtown Ashland and feel like you are out in the country. The home is 1200 square feet, was built in 2012 and remodeled in 2022. There is ample natural light and 15+ foot ceilings in the living space. Emigrant creek is a year round creek that borders the 8 acre property and is a lovely spot to relax.

Excellent! Great place to stay. Communication with owners was simple, timely and effective. Location to town, groceries, etc., was perfect, easy access yet secluded. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The host thought of everything—and more. Something for everyone, including musical instruments and a foam roller for massaging needy muscles. Very comfortable furniture and the king size bed was great! My dog and I both enjoyed the property—spacious outdoors and the nearby creek. The setting is quiet and private. Hoping to stay longer next time. Highly recommend.

Rural stay while attending OSF

Lovely pastural setting with cows freely wandering, beautiful creek nearby and gorgeous vistas. Well equipped kitchens allowed us to cook, but close enough to town to easily go out for lunch or dinner.

Two family vaca

Wonderful setting that was still close to town. Even though it was close to the highway, sound was not a problem. The bedrooms have blackout shades, very nice.

Beautiful, peaceful space

Absolutely loved our time here. Close enough to be convenient to Ashland but remote enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful space and a great house, too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Setting

Ashland is easily reached from this property but one feels far removed from the town. It's a beautiful, nicely furnished house with lovely outside spaces.

Lovely Country Setting

We are not city people, so after spending the day in Ashland, it was nice to retreat back to this beautiful home just a short distance away. We enjoyed the private creek, watching the cows graze, and the peace and quiet. We had an issue with the shower fixture, and then with the water pressure, but the hosts were prompt in correcting them. They communicated very well and were very nice. We would definitely consider coming back to this oasis.

Great place!!

This place is amazing!!!! We were in town to help a nephew move and wanted a place out of town to stay. It’s only a short easy drive to town and all the amenities yet very peaceful and quiet when at the ranch. The cows wondering around the property are awesome. Very curious of us adults and kids alike enjoyed walking around with them. The seating and fire ring down by the river are amazing. We will definitely be back often If more stars were available they would get them

Barn away from home

Such a lovely and unique place to stay. The views were fantastic. Close to owners but felt private. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Would absolutely book again.

Beautiful property! Very clean & comfortable with so many wonderful little added things, like coffee & laundry pods. Hosts were fantastic! Great communication and super quick responses. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
