Great condo at perfect location. Very spacious condo, beds are comfy and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The condo also has a closet stock with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and everything you need for your beach time.

Great place! Murphy bed and king size bed were both super comfortable. The grounds were also very plush. The location is great too - close to the beach and food trucks and very quiet.

Such a beautiful property full of old growth, the tropical stream is such a sweet part of the property our kids enjoyed every bit of it. This property is such a better stay if you want to be close to town and local markets

Great location

The condo was clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The a.c. was really nice to have. The property was pretty. Our place was on the second floor. There was a 3rd floor as well. No elevators so you have to carry everything up and down. We would stay again.

Perfect location in Poipu!

This condo is located so close to multiple beautiful beaches, restaurants, and store fronts. The place itself is very nice, clean and comfortable. The ac keeps things cool at night and the bed is so comfortable! The hosts were very responsive as well. The condo is also equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear which is soooo nice and saves $$ on renting!

Perfectly situated spacious rental

We loved our stay! We were three adults so we used all three beds and they were all great. The property is in a very lovely well manicured complex. It is peaceful and quiet with lots of birds, geckos, and koi (photo is from the lanai in the morning). You are so close to everything but feel like you are in the country. It is very clean and has everything you need for beach and stay. The washer and dryer were particularly handy. It's in a great location with a shopping center across the road. Nearby recommendations: 1) shop at Big Save Market in Koloa--they have the best poke at great prices, and their groceries are the best price and the freshest we found 2) coffee M-Sat at Eden Coffee a food truck across the roundabout--best coffee and nicest staff 3) eat/happy hour at the restaurant at living foods market--the food is great and prices reasonable--deviled eggs were to die for, 4) Poipu Beach Park has great snorkling, turtles in the am and early pm and lovely beaches, also free parking and easy drive or walk from the apartment. 5) If you like animals you can pay for a field trip with a dog from the Kauai Humane Society--the dogs are sweet and they set you up with everything you need for the day--make a reservation before you go. We had a wonderful trip and will stay in this apartment next time we return.

Amazing place

I booked this place because of location price, and was pleasantly surprised when we got there. It had a fully stocked kitchen, enough towels for the apartment and beach, and beach accessories (2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, small cooler, etc.). It was also very clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to my friends/family.

Charming but

This is a lovely unit. Spacious & clean. But there’s a rental house right behind the patio. If you got unlucky like us and had a group of noisy neighbors then you’ll wake up earlier than you like to. Property mgr was great, she manage to speak to the neighbors PM. But given such close proximity and the shutter windows, you will hear noise from just the neighbors talking and moving their chairs. No formal dining room.

Large beautiful condo

This is a lovely, well landscaped area, within walking distance to beaches. There is plenty of room for parking. The pool and hot tub are cold in March. The condo is much bigger than the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, lots of great breezes, a comfortable lanai, which is quite private.

Great accommodations!

Loved our condo! Great for 2 people. Very conveniently located. We had a small issue and our host was on it immediately and made sure we were happy with results! Highly recommend this place to stay!
