Everything you need!!! Absolutely loved!! It has good sized rooms and all the things to make your stay! It is in fact close to the convention center!!

The property was fantastic, very comfortable and full of already provided kitchen tools. We were able to have one of the best stays in LA with this property and would come back again to stay next time in town. Thanks to Jack for the assistance with any issue we had and the coffee makers and Nespresso Machine was definitely a added bonus to what's already a wonderful place to stay !

Perfect location near conference centre

The apartment is spacious, bright and very quiet. It is the perfect location for anyone attending events at the Pasadena's convention centre and it is only 10 minutes away on foot from old Pasadena centre.

Fantastic location, spacious and modern

We loved our stay! We were able to walk to all the restaurants nearby. We attended an event at the rose bowl and we’re able to walk nearby to the shuttle. The place was very clean and super spacious. Highly recommend.

Great Downtown Pasadena location. Close to freeways to the rest of “LA”. Took a bit to figure out the codes for entry, and the correct parking spot. The top floor of the parking garage is level 1, and the bottom level is level 3. Our spot was at the bottom….and we finally got settled. The place was very clean and comfortable and modern. We had a great stay, in an area we had never been to before….great food and bars within walking distance, or a very quick Lyft away. Awesome visit!

Great Location

Stayed here for 5 nights during a conference. Very walkable area. Safe, clean, beautiful city! Didn't rent a car, but with Lyft and the train/bus, was able to get around just fine. Condo was clean with spacious rooms. Perfect weather/climate in early March. Really enjoyed it!

This property was advertised. Clean, quiet, and very close to restaurants, sites, and key locations. The apartment beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped. Everything matched the pictures online!

Very stripped down space. We did not spend much time in the unit. We were visiting relatives. Furniture in dining area was very uncomfortable. Did not use kitchen. Rather daunting security systems.

Rose Bowl Concert

Really a great place to stay! The location is perfect to walk to bars/restaurants nearby. We went to a concert at the Rose Bowl, and it isn't too far from where the free charter buses pick up/drop off for big events there. Very convenient. I did have trouble communicating with the host day of, eventually reached out to VRBO, and while lengthy with a LOT of codes to use, the building is very secure. It is very bright with lots of natural light, so it's good if you're early risers with minimal curtains. Would definitely stay here again.

Parfectedly Situated Property in Pasadena!

This VRBO Property was perfectly situated in Pasadena such that we were able to walk to all of the wedding events we were attending, even in our fancy shoes! We walked all over old town Pasadena both at night and during the daytime and really got to know this beautiful place. We felt very safe in the apartment and it was very quiet, clean, and well appointed. The check in process was a little intimidating, but instructions were clearly written and the codes all worked once we got the hang of it. I would return to this VRBO again and recommend it highly.

Convenient, Safe and Quiet

My colleague and I stayed at this two bedroom condo in Pasadena because we were attending a conference at the convention center. This home was perfect and exactly what we needed! It was within walking distance to the convention center. There were plenty of places around to eat at. I appreciated that we had our own parking in the garage. The building is very secure. I could not hear any neighbors and the condo was not facing any busy streets so the place was quiet.The host was fast when responding to a question I had. Overall an excellent choice that is better than a hotel for sure.

Great home in an ideal location

My friends and I were in town for a football game at the Rose Bowl Stadium. The location of this home was perfect. Just a short Uber ride away from the stadium. The home was very clean and neat. The owner was very friendly and responsive. When the provided third bed was found to be damaged, the owner was very helpful in responding to the issue. An air mattress was provided immediately and the bed setup fee was refunded promptly. I highly recommend this home for your stay in old town Pasadena!
