Cozy beach rustic décor makes this a pleasant setting for a family trip, couples' retreat, or fun getaway for friends. Three spacious bedrooms comfortably fit six, while still allowing ample privacy. An updated, fully equipped kitchen brings the convenience of home to this space. Easily dine in together with this open concept living space and efficient bar area, or gather together at one of the many local restaurants, just minutes from this property. Enjoy exploring Historic Downtown, Main Beach, or picnic in Fort Clinch State Park.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
