Becky and her sister Janet bent over backwards for us. There were a few issues that they took care of immediately. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this is. It’s not a fancy house, very much a beach house, but it completely pleasant and totally our needs.

It’s only a 1.5 miles or less walk to get to the state park beach from this beach.

Kitchen is very well stocked. We had everything we needed. Nice stacked washer/ dryer with easy access. The host is great! Texted before we arrived and sent a nice inviting message along with a PDF information file.Rooms were clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

We've been to the area many times but the is was our first time staying in this home. It was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. It was warm, welcoming, and clean when we arrived. The owners were very friendly and easy to talk to. We had a beautiful week at the beach.

This house was perfect for access to the beach. It was comfortably furnished with a nice porch on each floor.

Excellent Location for Peaceful Vacation

The owner was next door and was very friendly. The townhouse was nicely decorated and had many beach things (shade, wagon, body boards, towels, pickle ball, tennis) to use. She seems to have thought of everything from the sand dollar path to the fully equipped kitchen, to the nice washer and dryer, to the hair dryer in the bathroom. It's also a great location between two beach accesses that are not too busy. We always had plenty of our own space on the beach.

Great Stay!

Great place to stay. Becky was very fast at getting back to us to answer a few questions we had which was much appreciated. The place had a great location and views from both the lower and upper porches. The kitchen was better equipped than most places we have stayed. Also very well equipped for anything you would need at the beach. We loved it so much even before ending our vacation we tried to book another one in October but unfortunately this place books way out. We will be back sometime in the future!

Amelia get away

The ocean front home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved enjoying the sun on the front porch in the morning, walking a few steps to the beach to look for shells and later, sitting on the back porch to enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine. Down town was very close by and we love the near by walking and biking trails.

Lovely beachfront home

We couldn't have asked for anything better for our week at the beach. Very comfortably designed and well-appointed house with great appliances, outdoor space on both levels, and just a few steps from access to an amazing stretch of sand and water. We enjoyed it very much and hope to be back!

Love this property! Our second visit. Clean, comfortable, amazing location steps from beach. Quiet. Great fishing and shark tooth hunting just across road. Hope to revisit soon!

Beautiful View!!

Beautiful ocean view, excellent location. Loved the townhouse. It was clean, well equipped with all you need to cook or just enjoy the week. Close to the downtown area to watch tbe beautiful susnset each day, saw dolphins at the marina pier. We visited Fort Clinch, which was also close by. We had a great week and enjoyed seeing Becky and Charles again.

Great laid back space by the seashore

Wonderful two bedroom two and half bath duplex. Super clean space with everything you would need to enjoy the Fernandina beach vibe. Great restaurants nearby and shops just down the road at Center street. The beach is literally across the street. The owner is assessable if you should have questions. We would rent here again

Wonderful beach and amazing views

We really enjoyed the beach especially searching for shark's teeth. Our family found 200 sharks teeth in a matter of days! After a long day at the beach, it was nice drifting off to sleep every night with the sound of the waves. Then waking up to the beautiful sight of the ocean and feeling that nice on shore breeze. We were able to walk a short distance, over a berm to get our feet wet and sandy in a few minutes was super convenient. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. We will definitely be back as it was one of our favorite vacations so far.

The Sea Mint was Fabulous

Our two weeks at Sea Mint provided for an experience that is responsible for some of our best memories. After three winters on Amelia Island I finally got to see a nuclear sub leaving the base in Georgia. What a thrill! My wife so enjoyed the endless walks and shell gathering on the beaches, even found some sharks teeth. The accommodations were as close to a 5, on a 1-5 scale, as we have experienced with any of the many VRBO properties we have rented in the past. As we continue to live out our blessed lives, Sea Mint will always hold a very treasured place in our souls. Denny and Janice

Beautiful Beach Home

The home has a beautiful view of the beach, downstairs there is a wide panoramic view. Upstairs commands a view above the dunes. Very clean and thoughtful amenities such as a new grill.
