Relax in this peaceful, modern, brand new construction luxe home, complete in August 2023 with beautiful views of Mt. Mansfield and the Little River. Sleeps 8, including 1 bedroom that has a bunk bed and a trundle bed (essentially 2 twins and a full, with twin bed add on option) - meant for kids or single adults / teenagers.

Conservation meadow off the backyard abuts the Little River, where you can wade & cool off in the summer (short walk or bike ride). Great location 2 miles from Mountain Rd, 2 miles to Stowe Village, with a back route shortcut to the mountain! Close to everything yet blissfully bucolic. Electric car charger in an insulated garage offering light exercise equipment, 4 bicycles and a Weber Grill.

A peaceful, new, largely undeveloped neighborhood in the Little River area of Stowe. Two options to drive to Mt Mansfield - thus, you can avoid the Mountain Road/100 intersection traffic jam.

What a fantastic stay! Our host and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. The location was great for exploring Stowe. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Spacious & Clean

We loved staying at Stowe Modern with its clean and spacious living. It’s well equipped for families with young children and location can’t be beat with short rides to skiing and restaurants.

Stowe Modern: A Dream Getaway with Exceptional Hospitality

Beautiful home in Stowe

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The homeowners were responsive to my questions before our stay and provided all the details we needed prior to arriving. The home was as beautiful as the pictures indicate - including being super clean! I cooked all our meals while there and I was very happy with the equipment and utensils available. I also loved having coffee on the deck in the morning where there is a great view. The house is very convenient to downtown Stowe - where we took advantage of the great breweries and shopping. Overall we would stay there again!

Perfect vacation stay

Every detail was perfect in this vacation rental. The location is convenient to anything you could want to do in Stowe. The home was private and has stunning views. The interior of the home was immaculate and warm and inviting. It had all of the items you could want in a rental home. The owners and managers were easy to get in touch with and provided easy to follow instructions on how to gain entry entry. We will definitely stay here again!inviting.

Great Property Near Stowe

We had a wonderful stay at Stowe Modern. The house was very clean with plenty of space for all 8 of us. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and neat. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with owners and property managers was wonderful. Everybody was making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. As for the location, Stowe ski area is a short drive away. On a clear day, we could even see it from our window. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation near Stowe and would happily stay here again.

Fabulous Spring Ski Trip

This home in Stowe, VT is perfect for any season. We were there for a bit of a family get together and skiing, and it was perfect in every way.The home is new and in excellent condition and has everything that you need for a complete stay - everything.From the deck out back, the house has beautiful views of Mt. Mansfield and is minutes from the Stowe resort. It's close enough to get dropped off and picked up, so you can avoid the paid parking that Stowe has instituted.Lastly, the owner and property manager team is the best we have ever worked with, and we are frequent short term renters in all parts of the country.Thanks for a GREAT visit! We will be back!

Loved the house. Great floor plan. Sorry we didn’t rinse the bikes off, couldn’t find an outside hose. Only thing missing was a fly swatter.

Lovely (and super new!) Stowe home

If you're looking for a place to stay in Stowe, look no further. This house has it all (including heated floors!) and the property owners and managers couldn't be better! My new husband and I stayed here while honeymooning in new england. During our stay, there was construction at the house next door, which the property owner had informed us about before we arrived. Since we planned to be out during the construction hours, it was not a concern to us. (It was the quietest and most contained construction site ever!) The house itself has great location - it's easy to get into Stowe, but also far enough out that you aren't sitting in the congestion of the town. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at the Stowe Modern Home

My family and I - five of us all adults stayed at the Stowe Modern Home this weekend. We had a fantastic time at this lovely home. The house is brand new and beautifully decorated. It is centrally located with quick access to all the major attractions, restaurants and historic shops and restaurants in town. Yet it offers the privacy and beautiful views of Mt. Mansfiled and a nice view of the river near by. It has all the amenities - high quality what one would need. Kitchen utensils were very well stocked. The owner has thoughtfully labeled and marked each area which makes it easy for anyone to use the appliances and other gadgets. The owner was very quick in replying to my messages and giving any extra information I needed. Also it was a nice pleasant surprise to see a nice handwritten card welcoming and thanking us for our visit to the home along with a gift - bottle of Vermont's famous Maple Syrup at the kitchen counter. I would highly recommend this lovely home and we will definitely plan on staying at this home when we are in Stowe the next time!

Everything is new, the builder is a top builder in Stowe, the house is well designed with many neat features and the views and location are great. Many of the houses in Stowe are dated and would have taken a ton of work to make anything close to this house. The location is convenient with easy access to the mountain and town from multiple directions to avoid traffic.
