Welcome to our new house finished in2023! Step into this gorgeous tropical oasis. Enjoy the secluded location by the two private pools. There is also an amazing sunset to enjoy among the treetops on the roof terrace. The location is perfect for getting some peace and quiet, but at the same time, the heart of Tamarindo center is only a 10-minute walk away. The beach is right next to the main road in the city center 10-15 minutes walk from your house.

Great property very close to center of Tamarindo

The property was very clean and modern with all the amenities my group needed. It is only a short walk to the town center and other nearby restaurants which was convenient.

Loved this spot in Costa Rica

Perfect

The house was lovely. Just as advertised. Johan, our host was FANTASTIC. He help us with just about everything you can imagine which was so helpful as it was our first time to Costa Rica. Highly recommend.

Perfect family stay

Beautiful house and pool with all modern conveniences. our host Johan was very helpful and responsive. Greatly appreciated the pack and play with bassinet for our 3 month old and having access to a washer/dryer. Also beds were very comfortable. Thanks for having us. We will recommend to our friends

Amazing Stylish House in Tamarindo!

Johan's house is just beautiful and perfect for our family trip! Everything is brand new, the pool is beautiful, especially at night, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked. It is in a quiet, gated community walkable to bustling downtown Tamarindo with a friendly security guard at night. Johan was very responsive and always ready with great recommendations to live the Pura Vida! We will be back next year for sure!

Exceptional!!

We had a fantastic stay in Tamarindo at Johan‘s place. The home is new, modernly designed, very functional for the environment, and quite comfortable. The pool is warm to lounge in day or night. The location made you feel very safe being in a gated community. The beach and/or city center is an easy 10 minute walk. Johan was accessible whenever needed. Our family loved staying there and we would definitely return. Pura Vida!!

Residencial Norma is a cozy neighborhood with walking distance to the beach and town centre. We love living here as it is quiet and relaxing but still close to town.

Our property is brand new and built in a mediterranean style. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, 2 terraces and 1 swimming pool. On the property there is also a beautiful "casita" that has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, living room and a it's own plunge pool
