When in Tamarindo…

Do not miss this opportunity! Antonio and Carmen are as nice as it comes, the house is amazing…the howler monkeys…the evening rain storms and the peaceful atmosphere is wonderful. The part that really sets it apart though is location. Easy to get to Liberia…other beach areas and being outside of the business of Tamarindo truly make it a vacation. All in all, a special experience. Thank you to Antonio and Carmen for making our trip truly Pura Vida!

Great family spring break

Highly recommended! Antonio and Carmen are wonderful hosts! The best I’ve come across. House privacy is great yet just a short drive to Tamarindo. A short walk down the hill is a nice seafood restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. The house is as good as the pictures depict!

Wonderful

The villa is gorgeous and spotless .Antonio was wonderfully helpful. The property is exactly as pictured. The family of howler monkeys that visited the trees next to the pool was very entertaining. Highly recommend staying here!

Spring Break in paradise

This was our first time to Costa Rica. The house was AMAZING!! Looked exactly as described. Very clean, felt safe, Antonio was very attentive to any and all questions we had. Went the extra mile with suggestions of activities, recommended beaches to visit and dining options. We would 100% stay here again. I shared the listing with 10 of my inquiring friends.

Amazing place

This was our first time to Costa Rica and this house was amazing. We loved that Antonio was very quick to respond and so friendly! He sent us many recommendations before we arrived which was so helpful! We had chef Maria come to the house one night who came recommended from Antonio! It was a delicious meal that our family loved! The house was very clean and we felt very safe in the area. We even had a visit from 10 monkeys one morning while we had our breakfast outside! The kids loved the pool and swimming each day! It’s a beautiful villa. Highly recommend Antonio and this amazing house!

Absolutely beautiful!

The property was amazing!!! The pool, the view. Antonio was an amazing host even coming to meet us when we were having map issues. We have travelled all over and what I can tell you is this place is immaculate and exceeds the beauty in the photographs.

The Best Villa in the Area

This is a stunning and wonderful villa! The pool is exceptional, the house is immaculate and the host/owner could not be better. He cares about every detail and has a staff that keeps the property at a 5 star level. We loved everything and strongly recommend Villa St. Barth.

Beautiful Villa!

This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and we were very happy with our choice of accommodations! The home is beautiful, peaceful, and fairly close to amenities. It was perfect for our group of three couples - with everyone having a master suite. The home is well-equipped with everything you need for a week of relaxation. We hit the grocery store a few times and made breakfast and lunch at home while enjoying the restaurants of Tamarindo in the evening. The driveway is STEEP and hard to find after dark, but we made do. I would recommend a four wheel drive vehicle. Antonio was very responsive to our questions and requests - super helpful. My only recommendation would be to open up the use of the washer/dryer without having to request it - we needed it to dry our beach towels after a day at the pool or the beach each night and had to message to have them unlocked. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend the villa for your Costa Rica trip. Thank you, Antonio!

Come for the view, stay for the service!

Our stay was exceptional; we had a wonderful time. Antonio was a fantastic host and very responsive to all of our inquiries. The house is everything; the pool and the yard are breathtaking. The incredible thing about the place is it has a housekeeper, gardener, guidebook for excursions, and more. We couldn't get enough of this paradise on Earth!!

Great house and great hosts.

Amazing house with Amazing people!

This is the most beautiful property I have ever had the luxury of staying. Very clean. Antonio is the most amazing individual and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect. The perfect getaway

My family and I were looking for a property that provided us with privacy yet we close enough to town for us to go and have dinner if we chose. This house was great! Antonio and Carmen were perfect. They helped us with everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Absolute Paradise!

The villa, pool and gardens were awesome! We could not have asked for better hosts. The platter of fresh fruit was greatly appreciated after a long flight and the freshly baked baguette was delicious. Thank you Antonio and Carmen for all of the restaurant, beach and private chef recommendations. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a private oasis near Tamarindo.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Villa St. Barth. My husband, 19 year old daughter, 17 year old son and I stayed there in June for 7 nights. The house was beautiful and kept so clean. Antonio was wonderful in answering all the questions we had before the trip and also while we were there. Carmen cam every couple days and cleaned and did our laundry. We spent so much time by the gorgeous pool. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Amazing Property

We loved the seclusion & amenities at Villa St Barth!!! The house is beautifully maintained and Antonio was amazing to work with, so friendly & helpful. The only negative with the seclusion is a drive is required to go anywhere & the driveway to the property is easy to miss. We woke up to enjoy the sunrise & listen to the monkeys every morning & got lucky one morning when they visited our trees. The pool overlooking the cliff is beautiful & so relaxing.

Paradise

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The accomodations were very nice. The pool was fantastic. Antonio was tremendous. The location felt very private. Outside of the owners there were no neighbors. We did get to see the howler monkeys one morning from the patio. It is about 25 minutes from Tamarindo, which I was good with, as we were out of the hustle and bustle but coyld get there quickly. Definitely use Antonio's pindrop, as the driveway is steep and hidden.Outside of the accomodations...- Avellanas beach is great. The drive is a bit rustic but so worth it.- L'Estanco, Green Papaya, and Pangas were great restaurants, including service, atmosphere, and food.-Hidden Beaches ATV tour was fun and took us to some geeat locations. -La Leona private hiking tour was a bit crowded but worth it.

Our Villa St. Barth stay

Antonio and Carmen were gracious and responsive hosts during our two-week stay. Antonio was more than timely in responding to any questions we had about dining out, chefs coming in, and places to shop for various foods. Carmen’s efforts at keeping the villa (and clothes - she does the washing) clean were remarkable. Beautiful views abound. The nighttime stars are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Antoino and Carmen see to maintenance matters quickly and resolutely. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return.

Fabulous Vacation

We are three friendly couples who each had their own ensuite bedroom with fabulous views. Antonio and Carmen made sure our visit was super, and they were always available to help us enjoy the area, their lovely home and have a great adventure. We quickly found the local restaurants and shops and became quite adept at exploring. We swam in the gorgeous infinity pool every day, cooked at home, enjoyed a private chef (Nicola and Elsie) who came in three times and made us gourmet meals fit for royalty, and visited wonderful local restaurants. The time went too fast. We look forward to seeing Antonio and Carmen again and thank them for their great service, cleaning, laundry and happy visits.

Paradise perfection

This villa was exactly as pictured. Beautifully tended landscaping, private drive, wonderful infinity pool. The three bedrooms were spacious, each having their own bathroom. Additional bathroom on main floor with great kitchen. Just off of a major highway, but you’d never know it. You can’t even see it from the road. Antonio & Carmen were so helpful with recommendations, both before & during our trip. Housekeeper, pool maintenance & landscaper came regularly. Gorgeous views. Tamarindo, lots of great beaches very close driving distance.
