Beautiful Boathouse overlooking the Bay

HOUSE ON THE WATER, in picture perfect community with a perfect view of Cedar Point and the nightly fireworks. In addition to the great views, the boathouse is within a couple miles of Cedar Point entrance and downtown Sandusky.

First floor living area and kitchen combo, with a second-floor bedroom that provides a queen bed, twin bunk bed and futon.

The indoor boat slip fits a 10 x 33 boat, equipped with a 15,000-pound boat lift. MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO USE.

Ideal for a family seeking a memorable stay. Experience the charm of Sandusky on the water and close to everything!

SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Loft: Queen Bed, Twin Bunk Bed, Futon
Living Room: Sofa Sleeper

All bed linens and towels are provided.

Check-in is completely remote, and you will receive a key code to enter and all the check-in information on the day of your arrival.

Parking spots are provided in front of the house.

We don't stop at your accommodations! With your rental, you will receive our exclusive Remote concierge service, a phone call away, to assist you with scheduling boat excursions, in-home chef (upon request), party bus excursions (i.e. wine tours, pub crawls, family activities) and much more.

Check In Time / Check Out Time

EVERYTHING was great other than a 4:00 PM check in time and a 10:00 AM check out time. That is 18 hours for a pretty good price plus a 125 cleaning fee. I understand there has to be some time for turn over but I think 2:00 PM check in and a 11 AM check out would be much more reasonable for the price of the condo.

Great property

The property was very enjoyable. Conveniently located near Cedar Point and other entertainment venues. A good variety of restaurants close by. The one amazing feature was the opportunity to have our boat on site in the boat garage. The only down fall of the property is the ability to cook. There is a full size refrigerator, Keurig, air fryer and microwave for use. However does limit you to what can be made. Overall the property gets a A++ and we'll definitely will be back.

I have called Huron home for over 20 years, including being the Chamber of Commerce Director for 7 of those years, and think Huron is the best place to live or visit. Huron has everything you need to enjoy your getaway by walking, biking, boating, or golf carting to great restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, parks, nature reserves, or just grab an ice cream cone and watch the wonderful sunset over the lake.

BONUS: Due to my many years of living in Huron, I am her to offer you my recommendations for anything that will make your trip even more memorable.
