3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with huge porch located on Ocean Block. Enjoy your morning coffee on the huge front porch before your day at the beach. The walk to the beach is just a short distance. Either use the steps in front of the building or the elevator out back. The condo is updated nicely and sure to please any beach lover!

The master bedroom is a queen bed, the second bedroom is also a queen bed. The third is a bunk bed room with an additional single in the trundle below.

We do not supply sheets or towels.

Great Condo/Walk to the Beach

Condo was great! Clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the large balcony and 8 seater table. Master bedroom bed was extremely high off the ground which the new owners said they are taking care of. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep in it due to the height :(. Kitchen was nice with beautiful counters and plenty of counter top seating. It did lack some basic pots (had only large pots like stock pot) and no smaller ones. My only other complaint is the only closet in the 2nd bedroom was locked as well as a closet in the kitchen area (I'm guessing a pantry). Couch was super comfortable and big and it was nice to have TV's in all the rooms. Overall we had a great time and a great vacation.

Great spot at the beach

The condo was excellent! Great location, comfortable, and very responsive and supportive. Looking forward to staying here next year.

Great family vacay

Great annual family vacay stay in OCMD at this 3 bedroom condo! Convenient to beach on a matted handicapped access beach front which is so helpful when toting lots of things to the beach. Clean condo and had everything we needed. Christine was an excellent communicator and super responsive! Would def. stay again!
