With sleeping accommodations for up to 9 guests, 2 full bathrooms, and a generously sized kitchen, this condo offers plenty of room for a relaxing beach getaway. Step outside onto the large private front patio, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from the sand, ideal for early morning walks or leisurely evening strolls.

Tailored for large families, this condo is equipped with beach essentials, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf. The fully stocked kitchen lets you prepare meals at your convenience, or explore the many nearby restaurants for dining out. With beach access and local amenities just a short walk away, this condo is the perfect spot for an unforgettable vacation.

To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $100 linen drop-off service, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

We stayed here last year and this year was even better! There were some upgrades done since we were there last that made the stay even more enjoyable. The place is clean, great communication, super close to the beach, and we especially love the covered porch out front to sit and hang. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Relaxing Vacation

It was VERY hot the days we were there. The whole home was very comfortable and very close to mini-gulf. Very short walk to the beach.

Perfect location to the beach. The porch was a nice size, with some beach chairs, umbrella etc to borrow. There is a tv in almost every room. Mini golf right across the street, 7-11 just steps away. We experienced a few issues however. The heat was on in the primary bedroom and couldn’t get it off. Property management responded quickly, but an electrician was sent out the next day. The beds were all uncomfortable except the bottom part of the bunk bed. The queen bed had a hole/dip in the middle of the bed. The box spring had more than 1 broken support beam which caused the sag, bad back pain etc. I ended up sleeping on the couch which really wasn’t all that comfortable either. Take your own pots and pans if you plan on cooking. The teflon is peeling off all pans and everything sticks regardless of the butter/oil used. For the price that is paid, I definitely expected better.

The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, except for some of the indoor furniture. I alerted the property manager to this issue right away and they resolved this problem very quickly! It is very easy to walk to the beach and get around. The property is quiet and calm. Be nice and communicate clearly to the property owner and they will help you very professionally. A relaxing stay.
