ParadiseCove is a comfortable 3BR/3BA condo in Beachside Villas, tucked between Scenic 30A and the Sugar Dunes beach access in Seagrove Beach. It is ideal for families, couples, or small groups who want easy beach access, on site pools, and a relaxed, well equipped home base near all that 30A offers.
Step into the bright main living area, where an open layout connects the living room, dining space, and kitchen. Sink into the sofa after a day in the sun, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or open the sliding doors to enjoy fresh Gulf breezes from the balcony. The dining table seats your group comfortably for meals or board games, with extra seating at the kitchen bar. The full kitchen is stocked with cookware, small appliances, and everyday essentials so you can cook in or reheat leftovers from nearby restaurants with ease.
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo, creating a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The first guest bedroom includes two queen beds and its own full bath with a tub and shower combo, giving families or friends plenty of space and privacy. A third bedroom with a queen bed is located near the half bath, perfect for additional guests or grandparents who prefer fewer stairs. Each bedroom includes storage for luggage and beach gear.
Outside, the Beachside Villas community is your Playground. Stroll to one of the two community pools, including a heated option in cooler months, or head to the public boardwalk that provides shared access to the sugar white sands and emerald water. On site tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts offer easy activity time without ever leaving the property. Back at the condo, enjoy the balcony for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink while the kids wind down inside.
