The unit is fully remodeled with modern amenities and finishes. Ideal for couples or solo travelers visiting DC for a weekend gateway or for more extended stay.
The space
One-bedroom apartment and front patio are available for guests’ use. Backyard is not to be accessed.
Other things to note
- Sofa in living room folds down into a full-size futon.
- TV is Roku-ready. Sign into to your accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.) or enjoy other free Roku programming.
- Temperature is controlled by central building thermostat. If temperature is not comfortable, please message us via the Airbnb app and we can adjust remotely.
- If you have any questions or problems, please contact us via the app.
