The open-concept design is perfect for groups, featuring stunning views of the Dungeness Lighthouse, the Spit, and bustling shipping lanes from nearly every room.

Living Areas: Relax in two adjacent living rooms. One features a new smart TV, a Vizio Bluetooth sound system, and a full-size pull-out sofa, while the other offers a cozy electric fireplace for quiet moments. Both boast fabulous water views.

Chef’s Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, featuring both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. We provide a starter supply of coffee, tea, creamer, hot chocolate, popcorn, and snack bars.

Bedrooms & Workspace: The home comfortably sleeps 6, with two cozy bedrooms and the sofa bed. The master bedroom includes a smart TV and a comfortable reading nook. A dedicated desk with high-speed internet (over 250 Mbps) is also available for your remote work needs.

Outdoor Living: Step onto the new deck, furnished with a dining table for six and premium Adirondack chairs. Enjoy evenings around the gas fire pit or host a cookout with the BBQ grill.

Guests will have private access to the entire home and property.

Self Check-In: Enjoy a seamless arrival with our keyless entry system. You will receive a unique code prior to your stay.

Parking: Three dedicated parking spaces are available in the driveway.

Interaction With Guests


We respect your privacy and offer a self-check-in process to ensure a seamless start to your vacation. While we won't be on the property during your stay, we are always available via the app to answer any questions, offer local recommendations, or assist with any needs that may arise.


Other Details to Note


Safety First: The house is located on a bank overlooking the estuary. For your safety, all guests must stay on the house side of the fence. Children must be supervised at all times. Please do not throw anything over the bank.

Second Bedroom: Please note, the second beautifully appointed bedroom is a cozy interior room and does not have windows.

Security: For your protection and ours, exterior security cameras are located on the property monitoring the perimeter.

Family Amenities: A pack 'n' play and high chair are on site and available for use.
