I stayed at the Boutique Guest House August 15-18, 2025. This house was perfect. The owner anticipated every need and my friend and I felt right at home. It is cozy and beautiful. I love the kitchen, which is modern and beautifully decorated with a full size refrigerator. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The bedroom has two beds and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Which by the way, was stocked with different kinds of shower gel and shampoos and conditioners. In one closet in the bedroom, there is a little desk and chair. In another closet there was even a collapsible clothing rack we used to air dry our clothes. There were other items stocked in there for any guests convenience. Then the other thing we loved was the private backyard. There is a privacy fence with different areas to sit. After dark there are colored lights that made it so pretty. The owner even had insect repellent, which is needed wherever you go in Miami! There's a small washer and dryer and free parking. The neighborhood is quiet. It is so clean and nice.This house is worth every penny! We were beyond impressed. The owner communicated with us before we arrived and sent a message a day or so later to check in to make sure all was well and we were enjoying ourselves. I have rented houses in other places before and there is no comparison! This property is the best, by far. I would love to rebook the Boutique Guest House again when/if I get a chance to come back to Miami.
