Private, gated 2-story 3-bed & 4.5-bath home in quiet, walkable neighborhood. Air-conditioned living room w/fireplace & piano, formal dining room, premium kitchen, breakfast nook & office/crafting room, pet-friendly. Primary bedroom w/king bed, ensuite bathroom & steam shower w/warming bench for two. Guest bedroom w/ensuite bathroom & king guest bedroom with connecting bathroom to workout room. Well-equipped workout room. In-ground trampoline, heated pool, spa, seating, and casita w/kitchenette & full bedroom.
Designed by Marshall P. Wilkenson, Ciento Cielos, "100 Heavens," our Mediterranean Revival home is the perfect getaway for those seeking a luxurious 5-star experience.
Our property includes smart lock entry, fast Wi-Fi at 250 Mbps, three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own unique features, including a primary bathroom with a steam shower and warming bench for 2, hardwood floors, central air and heat, a private office, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a heated pool and spa, outdoor and indoor fireplaces, and an in-ground trampoline, all in a fully fenced, private backyard and pool area.
Located in the desirable Sunset Square neighborhood, our home is just minutes away from Cedars-Sinai - Runyon Canyon, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Hollywood, as well as shopping, eateries, museums, and hiking. Enjoy free parking with a driveway for one car and 2 parking passes for street parking.

PLEASE NOTE:
• All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• As of May 2025, the cleaning fee $450 is included in reservation total.
• Pet fee ($125 /stay) is an additional charge
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
• Lost parking passes will incur a $75/pass replacement fee

You will receive a welcome package upon arrival at the home and we are ready to assist with all of your requests e.g. chef service, masseuse, yoga instructor, car rental, just to name a few. Please solicit permission prior to acquiring services that would be executed on the property. These require advance notice, are independent of the booking itself, and as such, are billed separately to the guest as an added cost.

Within minutes you can enjoy shopping and eateries in Hollywood, West Hollywood, the Sunset Strip, and Hollywood Boulevard. Beverly Hills, Studio City, and DTLA are a short drive and the beach cities are within an hour. Hike nearby trails and Runyon Canyon, explore Griffith Park (LA Zoo, Travel Town, Golfing, Tennis, and more), take in the sites on Hollywood Boulevard, enjoy Griffith Observatory or head over to Universal Studios for a tour & fun at the theme park. Museums, Comedy Clubs, Music, and more are close by and easily accessible.
