Beautiful house, excellent location, gorgeous view. Lovely place to stay and great communication with owner. Definitely recommend this location over staying in central Vancouver, especially if planning on going to Whistler. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as advertised. The main room was bigger than it seemed online. While we understand that there is a tenant in the bottom apartment, we never saw nor heard them. Great to be able to easily walk to the beach/seawall, coffee shop and restaurants. Chris was easy to communicate with.We had zero issues, and can easily recommend this property to others looking for somewhere in West Van with easy access to the City, and points north.

Excellent location. Loved our stay.

We stayed a week in the house. It had everything we needed for our holiday. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting around the hot tub. The host was very helpful.

The property is top of the class to our whole family. Beautiful and cosy house with a terrace and hot tub. And above all an ideal location in Vancouver. Incredible views of the sea, the mountains and downtown Vancouver. Also one can do everything walking, shopping, restaurants, beach, music festival.

Great west Vancouver experience

Fiancée loved the shopping and all the coffee shops, kids loved the park and the beach, the house was nice, great back yard with bbq and hot tub, great location!

What a wonderful stay!!!

Me and my 14 year old daughter, my elderly parents and my sister and her husband all came from the US to stay at this lovely home. It was a GREAT location and the host couldn't have been more wonderful.I couldn't rave about our adventure enough. Perfect stay

Spotlessly clean and comfortable house and outside space. Great location in West Vancouver - easy access to public transport, Stanley Park, shops and beach area. Host kindly offered use of bikes which we made use of around Stanley Park. Would highly recommend this property.

3 fabulous days in West Vancouver

This property was fantastic in every way. The location is unbeatable—within easy walking distance to great bars, restaurants, cafes, beaches, shops, and even sports fields.There were six of us, and we were extremely comfortable during our 3-night stay. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed.Chris was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything to enjoy our stay.We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Highly recommended!

Great stay in the Vancouver area

We had family in town for the weekend and needed a bigger place to stay. With 4 bedrooms this place easily slept 8. Having 3 bathrooms was great too. The location is wonderful. Easy walk to the beach and good access to get downtown and to the highway going either direction. The outdoor space was really, too. With a hot tub and plenty of seating.

Great place and great location

All was as advertised. It's a 5 minute walk to a mall including a Whole Foods for groceries and in the other direction, many restaurants and small shops. It's very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. Be aware that the owner may communicate via WhatsApp which I don't use and didn't realize and so there was some confusion about checking in. Once we figured that out, all was easy and smooth.

Very Great Stay!

This property was very accurate to what was put on the listing. Chris gave very good recommendations to many restaurants and shopping centers. The house was in walkable distance to pretty much anything. It was a very comfortable space. Chris was very good at communicated and even let us leave our bags there when we got there even though we arrived before check in. He also let us stay later when our flight got delayed. Overall, very good owner and property. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location - fabulous home!

Our family truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this home. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for everyone. The location is central to everything within quick walking distance. Yet, the street is quiet and peaceful. The views are lovely. Parking was easy. The hot tub was great! The host is very friendly and responsive. The home is well-equipped with everything you could need. It was the perfect home base for our time in Vancouver. A 5-star experience. We will definitely be back!

Christmas in West Vancouver

Our family of five, including three young adults, thoroughly enjoyed this house and location to relax over Christmas break and explore Vancouver. We had duck hot pot for Christmas dinner at Lao Cai Chinese restaurant--delicious! And we ate and shopped our way through West Vancouver/Ambleside restaurants in the delightful town area as well as the extensive shopping mall a 10-minute walk away. There is an incredible view from the master bedroom upstairs of the Lionsgate bridge and the bay area. Everything was very clean and smart, with some lovely spices, oils and cooking equipment. Even a frother and Nespresso machine. The hot tub is clean and private, surrounded by outdoor seating. The most comfortable mattress is in the room on the left at the top of the stairs to the upstairs. The other three mattresses are not deluxe, but adequate. This is only worth noting if you have back pain; otherwise you'll be just fine. The decor is modern and tasteful, as shown. One more easy chair would be a good addition in the living room, but we carefully moved the chair from the other space into the TV area while we were there. The showers are clean and lovely. The older home is all updated and renovated. We never noticed any noise or evidence of the person living in the basement. We rented bikes and ran around Stanley Park, visited the Aquarium, the library, Chinatown, and walked around Ambleside and the beach. Our host was very responsive and provided lots of information.

An absolutely perfect spot for our Vancouver vacation! Close to everything - Grouse Mountain, Lynn Canyon, Whytecliff Beach, etc. Walkable to great restaurants and a grocery store! Highly recommend this Vrbo and would love to book again if (when!) we come back to BC
