Worst experience ever when staying at a VRBO property. We had multiple issues but most significant was that there was no bedroom on the first floor despite being told there was one. I told the host about my parents’ limited mobility but the best we could do was a pull out couch that was on the opposite side of the house with 2 elevation changes to negotiate with a walker.
Pet pad with urine on it
Empty mini bar bottles vanity
Lint trap was overflowing and backed up into exhaust hose
Washing machine was dirty and covered in mold

Beautiful and Relaxing

Beautiful home built in 1910 as part of the BF Goodrich estate. Modern conveniences with old world charm. Most bedrooms are huge with a bed and sitting area. Quiet seating areas for one or two, as well as large gathering areas for everyone to come together. Perfect for a large family or team retreats. Beautifully furnished, with soft rugs for your tired feet after your daily adventures. Stunning river views from almost every room in the house. Great outdoor spaces to explore and enjoy. Indoor dining (formal dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen bar seating) and outdoor dining available. Two outdoor patio areas...one for visiting and enjoying the river view, and one for eating which includes a seafood boiler, pizza oven, grill, and seating for 12. Games available for kids of all ages. Lots of adventures near by including kayaking, zip lining, aerial rope climbing, antiquing, walking or boating day trips. Can be in New Hampshire or Massachusetts within 30 minutes. Owner is a great guy; very attentive to renters and responds quickly. Wants to make sure your stay is perfect. Graciously allowed us to stay in the house even though he's trying to finish up multi-million dollar renovations. I can't wait to see pictures when all renovations are complete. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay here.
