The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space.

Other Things to Note:
-Our maintenance teams may periodically need to open the garage door to access some items stored in it.
-This property may contain a bunk bed. The host is not liable for injury resulting from the bunk bed.

-We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
