Location, Location, Location!

This property was comfortable and exactly as listed. The view of the ocean and the mountains was wonderful! There were good restaurants nearby. We all had a great time.

Best Place in LA!

We loved, loved, loved our stay! I can’t say enough about how great this home and lo CSS action are! Right on the beach with fantastic views and walkable to local restraints and coffee shops! Our host was more than accommodating and so responsive, we loved working with him. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat, you won’t regret choosing this place for your LA stay!

Great location!

The place was clean and the host was fantastic. We stayed at the beach house for the first part of our SoCal vacation. It is central to many tourist spots and the walk out beach access was top notch.

Fantastic

My family absolutely loved the house. The location is great and the sunsets were spectacular. The master patio had amazing views and being on the ocean was wonderful. The house has a nice open layout and great vibe. We will be back in a few weeks. There are even a few walkable restaurants.

Spotlessly clean, amazing location

Frank accommodated us with a couple of special requests, and was extremely communicative through the whole process of booking and during our stay. The home was nicely appointed, has a beautiful retro look, and they don't use the chemical air fresheners to try to make it smell clean, because it IS clean. Everything in the listing is accurate, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Great House!

We came to be beach bums! This was the perfect place for that. We did not want to leave. The house is well stocked. Frank is easy to get in touch with. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely Impressed

The LAX Beach House was the perfect place to stay for our vacation to LA. The listing was very accurate—beach access from the back patio, better than expected parking situation, and a truly fantastic home with an exceptional host who answered all our questions prior to arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was clean, had ample room, and the location is amazing. We will be staying here the next time we are in the area.

Graduation celebration!

Our family gathered from near and far to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation from Cal State Long Beach! We were looking for a place to enjoy much-needed family time throughout the weekend while celebrating and this beach house was perfect! We wish we had been able to stay for longer, but we will certainly be back ☺️

Wow! Great beach house at a great location!

This is a great place for a group who want to be near everything- beaches, restaurants, trails. Frank is a great host and his communication throughout the process was wonderful. We would highly recommend this house and can’t wait to return!

Great times at the beach!

A clean, spacious beachfront home that’s walking distance to local shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed ourselves walking right out to the beach from the house. Great times!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My wife and I stayed here with another couple for a weekend where we were attending a show in LA. The place was perfect! You cannot get a better view and location than this. And Frank was a great host and all of our needs were met. Loved ot and would gladly rent again.

Perfect Beach House

Some friends and I came in town from Texas the second week of September and had a great time. The house is beautiful and very clean! Perfect location on the sand with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a Cali beach vacation. Will be back again soon!

House on the Beach!!!!

My family (4 kids- 20,19,17,15) had a great stay at this house on the beach. The views are perfect, especially from master bedroom! Coffee shop and taco shop within 4 blocks of the house. Overall, a great experience.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect holiday getaway for me and my adult children. The pictures accurately depict what we found: an airy, modern space that everyone can enjoy. The kitchen was well-stocked for holiday cooking, the bedrooms were spacious, and the location on the beach made for great memories. Good restaurants are within easy walking distance. The owner and manager are easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend for any occasion, from family vacations for a crowd to a romantic getaway for two.

Perfect Beach Retreat!

LAX Beachhouse is the perfect spot to enjoy time on the beach and be close to everything in the Santa Monica area. We spent three days there celebrating our daughter's LMU graduation. The house is very spacious, great kitchen and very nice outdoor space, steps away from sand, water, volleyball. Although we didn't meet Frank and Darren, they were in contact with us and the home was in perfect working order. Thank you Frank and Darren for an unforgettable experience!

Great beach vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at Frank's beautiful beach house. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and were roomy and well furnished. The master bedroom is incredible - huge and spacious and the balcony overlooking the ocean is spectacular. The living space suited our family of 5 well - we played games at night inside or outside depending on the weather - either way with the beautiful beach views. During the day walking out your back door to an enormous, uncrowded beach is hard to match. Frank was extremely responsive during the booking process (had to change dates but no problem) and checked in when we got there. Great place - we would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT BEACH HOUSE!!

This beach house was even BETTER than described! Step out onto the beautiful beaches of Marina Del Ray. The master suite is beyond spacious on the second level overlooking the beach as well. Huge walk in closet, delightful oversized tub, separate shower and dressing area. The oversized living area and porch was so comfortable for our party of 5. Frank was very responsive, gracious and kind. I could not give a higher recommendation for this property!

This is a private home, not a condo and not a duplex - when you are at "LAX Beachhouse", there is no one above, below or beside you. The home is not STEPS from the beach, it is ON the beach.

There is not a sidewalk full of pedestrians in front of the patio like at most beach towns in Southern California. So it is unique in that you have true privacy on the patio and in the other living areas.
