It was a great condo with it being on the first floor and just a walk out to the beach. It was nice that an umbrella & chair set up was part of the reservation. The condo was just the right size for the two of us. We liked the fact that it was more on the quiet side. It doesn’t have the traffic or the people since it’s at the end of scenic highway 98. You don’t have far to go to shop and restaurants. Some you can even walk to. The condo is equipped with the necessities needed. We would consider renting it again.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay here!Condo was clean, updated and has plenty of room. Incredible perk was the beach access with very few stairs is directly out our back patio! AJ was the private beach “concierge” and he was efficient and incredibly on top of everyone’s chair service needs in addition to keeping the private beach free from the general public. (Don’t forget to tip them!)Lastly, the immediate reply and flexibility from the hosts to extend our stay blew us away especially with it being a holiday weekend. Will highly recommend this condo 100xs over! Thank you for such an amazing vacation stay!

Wonderful vacation

My family of 4 loved staying here! Comfy ground floor condo with an amazing view! We were on the beach every day and couldn’t ask for easier access. Would love to come back!

Steps from the beach!

This place is the perfect spot for a small family to come and enjoy Destin. The back porch is just a few steps to the beach acces.

View and access to beach was awesome

Unit could use a little update( better bed and seating). But the view cannot be beat.

Hi Mark Received your review, Just to let all readers and travelers know... Pictures depict this unit exactly as the way it looks.. The toilets are new ,the bath tub is very white and clean I inspect after every departure. We have never had any comments about the ceilings They are normal white ceilings in good condition. Most other renters have a great ,great experience at this small complex and love the location, closeness to the beach(the beach is your backyard) cleanliness, and proximity to the beach access. This unit makes most travelers very satisfied in most every way...... I wish you very happy travels in all your future visits to the area Thank you for coming

Very disappointed in this rental …..

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. I spent the first few hours on arrival of cleaning just so we could stay. This condo is in dire need of basic care. The bunk beds make a cracking sound when you lay on them, we were afraid to use them. The toilet paper holders fall off the wall if you touch them. The stove light stays on and will not go off. The king bed mattress is very uncomfortable. The majority of the plug ins do not work. There is not a side table on each side of the bed like the pictures show. The outside furniture is rusting so you have to lay a towel on it in order to sit without getting rust stains on your clothing. The view and location are perfect. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not be back to this particular rental.

Hi Amber I am sorry you were disappointed We just had the condo brand newly painted,.......... As we were just in a few days ago the toilet paper holders are tight . I am sorry the mattresses are not for you..... the unit was cleaned and inspected before you arrived............all the outlets are new ,new outlets and swithces were put in Jan 2023. The chairs outside do have a small amount of rust on the arms, I am sorry you had to use towels... I am glad you loved the view and location, the 2 large sofas and chairs, the new lighting and paint, the new TV and side tables ,the newer kitchen with the granite...... Again I am sorry you were disappointed

Wow! On the beach and no worries. Literally steps to the umbrella made it so easy to come to room for snacks, restroom. Sunsets, full moon. This place was a great location period. When you walk in, full beach view. It was better than expected and hope to come back soon! You can literally sit on patio and be on the beach. It’s amazing!
