Hello everyone! This is A Little House close to Historic discrict of San Antonio, Texas. This little house is Just a Minutes from the Alamodome, Convention Center, Tower of the Americas, Riverwalk, Downtown San Antonio.

This Amazing place is a New Apartment, Modern, spacious for 1 Bedroom / 1 bathroom, Office Desk and sectional sofa that can be converted in to sofa bed is perfect for Small Families.

The apartment is located behind a main house, so you can rest assured that no one will bother you. For the safety of both the guest and the host, there are cameras only on the exterior of the property.

This place is Pet Friendly !

First of all, I lost the key and a chip, to the property, sorry. the vehicle parking was not good .at all. It took a while to get a hold of the host when we first got there. other wise it was ok.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We came to town for a concert at Frost bank and also wanted to explore the riverwalk, so this property was the perfect location between the 2. Clean and looked just as pictured. Would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is small but very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The instructions at arrival were perfect. Located very close to Alamodome, and Hemisfair Park which was perfect for us. Driveway walkway is a bit narrow considering that Luis vehicle is there, but it wasn't too much of a problem bringing in our luggage & scooters back n forth. Area seemed quite with hardly any traffic. We didn't need to communicate with Luis as everything was close to perfect. Overall we would def stay there again without hesitation. Oh, he has a beautiful doberman that he let's out a couple of times a day. Barks to let Luis know someone is moving around but seems friendly.

Quiet neighborhood, great proximity to places.

The neighborhood is quiet, so we slept well. The house is comfy & just as described. There are lots of places you can walk to eat, drink, or enjoy some time out. The proximity to Alamadome, town, and eateries is great. Host is quick to respond to your messages.

Propery was walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk. We really enjoyed our visit to San Antonio.

The house is small and super cute. We came for a concert so we didn’t stay in the house other than to sleep but we enjoyed it. I didn’t see any of the issues I read from others stays.

It did the job

The place was reasonably clean, it was a stones throw from downtown, and the host was really nice. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent, and the first night, it did have a couple of cold spikes, Still not bad for the location and price.
