Pelican's Canal is a perfect getaway for water lovers & fishing enthusiasts. This remodeled wood frame house is elevated and situated on a canal with direct boat access to the ICW, Ponce Inlet, and Mosquito Lagoon.

The large fenced-in lot ensures your pup's safety, while the tasteful decor, high-end appliances, and leather seating provide a comfortable stay. Enjoy watching manatees play, fish flop, and feel the refreshing breeze. It's an ideal spot for world-class fishing and water activities.

Welcome to our sparkling clean house at Pelican's Canal! This cozy retreat features two bedrooms and one bath, ensuring a comfortable stay. The first bedroom boasts a conventional queen bed with a new Sealy Certa mattress and a 65" TV for your entertainment. In the second bedroom, you'll find a modern low bed-frame with a super comfy Green Tea memory foam mattress and a 55" TV.

Stay connected with high-speed wifi provided by Spectrum Business, and enjoy the convenience of smart TVs in every room. The house is equipped with brand new LG black stainless appliances that work flawlessly.

Relax in the living room on our genuine leather, high-end powered recliners and matching sofa. Stay cool and comfortable with ceiling fans in every room, except the bathroom.

Outside, you'll find a spacious deck where you can sit back and unwind. Down by the canal, there's a 16ft fishing dock where you can enjoy some angling. The canal can accommodate either a large boat or two small/medium length boats, as well as kayaks or personal watercraft. There's even a fish/boat house with a mini-fridge, perfect for hanging out and preparing your freshly caught dinner.

River Breeze public and free boat launch is just 1.7 miles away.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We were able to bring our boat and launched at Riverbeeze, which was just a few minutes away. Then, we were able to dock at the house until it was time to leave. The grill came in handy for hamburgers and steaks! Overall, we had a great stay!

Great fishing trip

If you have a boat and want a nice little fishing vacation on the intercostal this a great house for that , we have stayed here a few times now and is our go to house for a long fishing weekend.

Excellent Weekend

This is my second stay in Edgewater at one of Ron and Marlo's properties and this one was even better! It was a great location, quiet, close to everything and the property was clean and well appointed. We loved having the canal in the back and the yard was the perfect size for the dog to have fun as well! I look forward to staying here again :)

Great fishing getaway

Place was as advertised. Clean, newly remodeled and well decorated. The boat dock and boat house were great for storing and locking rods and equipment without having to haul them to the house. Big back deck and yard were perfect for hanging out on if it wasn’t too hot or raining. Only negative is the neighborhood which is pretty run down in sections. We were there to boat and fish and this place was perfect!

Nice Place, Neighborhood is so so.

The listed rental is very nice, but be forewarned not every place in the neighborhood is nice. The area is very old Florida and some of the older trailers show it... It is what it is, enjoy the property listed and ignore some of the surrounding properties.

Wonderful vacation spot

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Only about 1 mile from boat launch. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Great fishing 🎣 and relaxation. We will definitely return for another stay.

Great fishing home

Great house if you want to spend the day fishing on your boat , and not have to worry about putting it back on the trailer , just tie up at the dock

Pelican Cabin - A true gem!

we stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. The home is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is there - the kitchen is well stocked and the amenities are top notch. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and of course the location on the canal is just wonderful. Everything you need is there... linens and towels and basic supplies. Wi-fi works great too! We have a 23 foot Parker with a 4 foot platform and the engine gives us an overall length of about 29 feet and we had no problem docking in the canal - plenty of draft, even in low tide. We regularly visit Edgewater in the early spring for pink Florida shrimp and this trip did not disappoint. We will definitely be back! Aloha, The Farrows

Clean, Comfy and Cute!!

This house was everything we needed and hoped for during our short weekend stay. Booking and check-in was easy breezy, everything was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and we were very comfortable there. The backyard is great and the canal awesome! Neighbors are close together, but the neighborhood was quiet and no one bothered us. And we are most appreciative that dogs are allowed! We will definitely look to come back here on our next trip!

Awesome Property

The property was awesome! When we arrived it was dark and we really appreciated the ample amount of lighting throughout the exterior of the property. There were solar spotlights and other lighting everywhere and it was awesome to arrive to that. The property was very very clean and also very well equipped with everything that we needed. The appliances were new and very clean and nice. The washer and dryer were very convenient and also super nice. The outside area on the deck was awesome with plenty of seating. The boat dock area was also great. We brought our 22 foot bay boat and there was plenty of room to tie it up. That area was also very well lit and there was a small storage room down there that we used to store things at night. There was also a small fridge/freezer that was great for storing extra water. The property had a long hose that reached down to the boat dock area that was super convenient for washing down the boat at the end of the day. We had a great trip and thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.
