Great Place To Stay
Being right across from the beach was great, and the hotel provides beach chairs which was a huge plus! Convenient location to anything, we went scuba diving with a company five minutes from the hotel, and went to the Everglades for an airboat tour which was 40 minutes away. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions, even before booking. We couldn’t check into the room until 4pm, but the hotel held onto our bags for us and gave us a key to get into the pool which was great!
The valet parking was nice, but expensive. 45 dollars a day, but when you compare that to the other paid parking around for beach access it really wasn’t that bad.
One downside of the hotel and is no reflection on the host whatsoever, but worth noting- the hotel allows pets and we had a dog in the room next to us barking constantly.
Also worth noting- contrary to the listing, you do pay daily resort fees, it’s just factored into the VRBO listing rather than paying the hotel when you get there. Resort fees were a specific line item in my bill.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!
