Have fun with the whole family at this two bedroom stylish place. Enjoy two comfy queen beds and a sofa-bed, tv 50'' with streaming and channels. Coffee station, all utensils, and appliances. Welcome refreshment, kids coloring books, washer and dryer. Well located at Winter Heaven, Florida. Only five minutes from Winter Heaven hospital, 14 minutes from Legoland , 40 minutes from Disney, and four minutes from Winter Heaven downtown. Many lakes with outside activities, restaurants and shops.

Unit was very clean. Location was good; we were there for a baseball tournament and close to locations and downtown with good restaurants. Host was very responsive.

The house was in a convenient location to all of our baseball events. It had most conveniences needed in the kitchen for our cooking, plus a few extra amenities. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We'd stay in the location again.

The house was comfortable and close to everything needed. The hosts were great to work with and able to get in touch with when i had questions. I would book with them again.

Had a wonderful stay. My host Dayron was great.he always returned my texts shortly, replaced the bathroom plug shortly after I let him know.house was clean tidy off street paved parking ,nice barbecue was good, kitchen was well furnished. Stayed there for 4 weeks and have a complaint.There were 2 Saturday parties? that went until 1 :00 am loud but did not feel unsafe.same as the neighboorhood.it was rather loud at times because it is close to the roads being a corner house.I wound gladly rent there again short term, but for a month?

The home was lovely, but the neighborhood was a concern. We did not feel safe. One night at one pm a 4 wheeler drove slowly by the home several times blaring rap music.

Even though i was here for 1 night, it was a nice stay. My kids really liked it. It is small and cozy, very clean, very cute. They also provide towels and they had shampoo and body wash as well, was not expecting that and even the toilet paper and hand soap. Over all very nice. I will say thay the neighborhood does look very suspicious, but we had no problem

Just what we needed

We were looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay for The Sun and Fun air show....this was perfect for our needs. The owner had it clean and very comfortable for our stay. Water and snacks were provided in a well furnished kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great.

Overall good experience

We came and stayed for a college baseball tournament. Great location in relation to the field. Place was nice inside and clean. Only issue we ran into was at 3am someone was banging on the door one night.. and the next night it sounded like someone was picking the lock in the middle of the night.. but other then those 2 things everything else was really good. Even had a grill outside we used to cook at night. Property owner was great with communication. If came down next year for the tournament would highly consider staying here again.

neighbors played loud music until 2/3 am a few nights keeping us awake until it stopped. I mean very loud booming music.

Cute and Comfortable

I was a little worried after reading the few reviews left behind, but we did not experience any of these issues. House is older, but has been flipped. The house was clean, modern, and cozy. There is a fence around the property which was perfect for our three and six year old! I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe and we did not experience any loud music or excess street noise. The location was less than 15 minutes away from Lego land and the Peppa Pig Park. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

Cute and clean

The place is nice. The shower didn't work until the hot water in the bathroom sink ran for awhile the shower ran for awhile then walla hot water for bathing. The noise is terrible. It rocks the whole house. No garage, just a dirt parking lot in back. Nicely presented, clean and cute.

Did not end up staying at the home was never cleaned from the previous stay.

The owner was very apologetic and had no clue that the cleaning lady hadn’t showed up. He offered to come clean it but it was late and we’d been traveling all day so ended up getting a hotel.

Lovely house, just as described

The house is newly remodeled and they did a great job. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped but did lack dishwasher tabs, towels and detergent. The first night we were there, a large street party started across the road around 9 PM and continued until 2:30 AM. There were vehicles with loud music blaring riding past. It may have been a one-off special event as those attending were dressed up. Not at all the fault of the host. He said we could call police but I hesitated to do that since it did seem to be an organized event. Other than that it was very comfortable there.

Family stay for LEGOland trip

The house is newly remodeled and decorated nicely. There is no garage, but rather a gravel parking area. There were no hand towels for the bathroom and only two washcloths. All the bathroom towels were folded up damp when we arrived (I assume they just weren’t in the dryer long enough). There was only one thin kitchen towel but plenty of paper towels. There were water bottles left in the fridge which came in handy. Our biggest issue was the location. It’s across from an abandoned lot and took longer to get to LEGOland than listed.

The best host ever

The host was outstanding. At anytime, before or during my stay, he was quick to respond to emails or texts and answer any questions I had and did anything he could to make sure I had an outstanding experience at his home. The inside of the home was state of the art from appliances to TV to comfortable beds. The WiFi was excellent and allowed for easy streaming of all apps on the Smart TV. The living room area could use a more comfortable couch or chair. The bathroom shower always had plenty of hot water.I never had a problem with my safety taking my daily 3.5 mile walk each morning and nothing ever happened overnight with my SUV but the home is located in what appears to be a poorer section of Winter Haven. But again, I never had a problem.The listing indicated that there was a garage to park in but there was no garage when I was there.The house is located just off a main street and there is a lounge at the corner and one night there was a party at the lounge with cars parking down by the house and the music was pretty loud at one point for about 15-30 minutes but quieted down around 9:45. Again, this was the only time there was any loud music or noise while I was there.Again, the host went out of his way to make sure I had an enjoyable visit and while he probably can't take the credit, it was sunny and 80 for all but a couple of days during my visit.
