Some things good. Some things not.

Good communication, good location, easy check in. Windows were so dirty we washed them ourselves. Same for window tracks which we cleaned. Handle on patio door was broken when we arrived, but with no screen we did not open the door. Some mold and rust on the washing machine made it undesirable to use. Ceiling air vents were also very dirty.

Vacation in Winter Haven

It was good overall. However, there was no laundry soap to do a laundry, inconvenient with two small children. Also, we enjoyed having a yard where the children could play, but weren’t happy with the piles of dog poo we had to be aware of. It would have helped to have a dustpan and broom handy for after meal clean-up. These were small items that could be readily taken care of, and the property was close to both Lego Land and Peppa Pig’s World, as advertised.

Winter Haven

This property was ideal for us to stay at. Very clean and the owner was very helpful when we had a couple of small problems. Will stay there again next year.

The third bed was basically a mattress on the floor, not good for ladies all in their 70’s

It was ok but not the beds we expected. No one wanted to sleep on the floor, so we had to double up

There were things that needed to be fixed. BROKEN CLOSET DOORS, shower curtains no toilet paper and a leaky stool House was clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Great family lodging for Legoland

Nice little spot for families

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just as described. The location was very convenient to legoland and shopping. Our only recommendation is to stock extra linens, tp and dish towels. We couldn't find any bedding for the trundle and ran out of tp in one of the bathrooms. If we came back we would definitely stay again.

Great set up with kids in mind

We were visiting legoland and this was the perfect location with lots of toys and bikes for the kids! Very clean property

Great place to stay with Family

Everything was as listed. We stayed to go to Legoland. It was close. The neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen looked to be well supplied for cooking. We will stay here again if it is available on our next trip to Legoland.

Amazing for the family!

The accommodations were great! Very clean and we had everything we needed. Enough space for a large group (7 of us). We went Brick or Treating at LEGOLAND. Excellent location near the park and restaurants.

Clean and convenient

We came for pre-fishing for a bass tournament. The property was convenient to all the places we needed. The property was clean and well maintained. Owners were super nice and worked well with our needs for boat parking.

Loved it!

We had a great experience here and great communication with the hosts. We would stay here again. It was perfect for our trip to legoland/peppa pig parks. I wasn’t sure how close it would be, but it was a super easy and quick drive from the parks. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great spot in Winter Haven

My friends and I stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. It was cute, clean, and quiet. We would happily stay here again if we come back for another girls’ weekend!

If hospitality & quality sleeping accommodation is what you want, our space focuses on that & much more. Rejuvenate from a day of Adventure or Business in our Lakefront property home. Our place is ideal for Families, Couples, or Small Group of Friends, either coming for business, visiting for events or those coming to visit LEGOLAND Florida Resort Park (4 miles) or famous Orlando attractions all within an hour drive!!! Long term guests also welcome.

This home built in 2016 is a duplex /town home and both units are set up for our Airbnb Guests. Each unit is VERY private, with its own side porch and interactions ONLY occur if guest choose to go out of their way to do so. Host ONLY lives 2 miles from property; so, if you need anything, we’re here to make your stay more pleasant. Just ask!!
Property is Lakefront and sits on a 2.6 acres. There is a private dock on property and we in the process of clearing the trees.
