This home was perfect in every way. Very thoughtfully decorated, VERY comfortable furniture (especially the beds). TV's everywhere, a game room that created something to do every night. Backyard was amazing. Overall it was even better than the photos. Our host was fantastic. She went out of her way late at night to purchase us something we need to help with our daughter with special needs. Everything from check-in to check-out was a pleasure.

This was one of my favorite vacation spots. It was like a magical hideaway. I especially enjoyed the backyard gardens with patios, pool and spa, plenty of comfortable seating and barbecue area.

Fantastic Property

This property was amazing. Loved the pool and spa. There were plenty of pool towels and beach towels available. The kitchen is unbelievably well stocked and we were able to eat all our meals at the outdoor dining table. Brenda the owner was very responsive to our questions. I can highly recommend this property.

Great Pool Home

This large 6 bedroom home is fully equipped. The kitchen was very good (I brought my own knives) and there was enough service ware for our group of 14. The bedrooms are well insulated so kids could sleep without adults worrying about making too much noise. The pool is lovely. The owner provides plenty of pool towels. We bought our own pool toys. Make sure you have clear communication with the owner.

The best stay we had in Vrbo

We had stay at other property and did not like the host or the location or the house but this property it was amazon from the first moment we booked. We had a trouble with the tv they give us the solution in minutes. The house is beautiful my wife and my kids enjoyed our stay we did fell safe at the property all the time my wife loves to cook and the kitchen had everything she needed to cook and we will definitely book again this property it was very close to Universal Studios and the beach.

Beautiful home and courtyard

Very spacious and comfortable. We had lots of problems with keeping the house cool, alarm system, tv in master and entertainment Bluetooth surround sound system throughout the property. But overall good time.

Wish we could have stayed longer!!

We had a WONDERFUL week at Brenda’s, our only complaint was our week was too short! We thoroughly enjoyed the house, lots of bedrooms for us all to spread out in, the pool and hot tub were used extensively! The kitchen was so well stocked, it was like making breakfast at home! Check in and all communications were easy, we had zero issues! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, super spacious and well equipped. The backyard/pool area is terrific. Multiple places to relax and enjoy the good weather. We also enjoyed the bar and pool table. Brenda's team was very responsive when we had questions regarding the pool heater. Great rental.

Fantastic Week

I stayed at this house with a handful friends for a business trip and found everything we could've asked for and more. The house is spacious, clean, and feels very welcoming. The outdoor pool area is phenomenal and great place to relax and work. Overall we loved staying here and would come back if back in the area.

Spectacular home!

Brenda and Martin were very easy to reach and very professional. The check in process was easy. The instruction manual at the house was extremely helpful. The house was absolutely spectacular! The neighborhood felt safe. My family consisted of 10 adults from different parts of the country that were attending a wedding. We loved cooking our meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed eating at the outside patio. The backyard with the pool and hot tub felt Zenlike and was so relaxing. The master suite had an amazing bathroom shower and the king size bed was adjustable. In the evenings, we enjoined the common rooms and using the pool table. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can see the thought and care that Brenda put into making this house a home. I would definitely recommend renting this property!!

Best property by far!! 10 out of 10 stars.

Brenda is an awesome and professional property manager. From check in until check out she was completely available for whatever questions or concerns you had. The property was emaculent. Inside and out. The Instructions that were laid out were direct and concise and really helped out when trying to operate the updated appliances.. Also, included a directory! Just like the review..all 5 stars! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. My only regret was not leaving a note like the previous tenants. I loved that idea! We really wanted to let the future tenants know how great of a stay we'd had and be apart of the history. Hopefully this review will add more light to this lovely gem, that has made our family getaway a week to remember. I could go on and on but it still wouldn't do it justice. Home away from home.. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful house inside and outside

This place was amazing and beautiful. The outside area was amazing, so big a spacious. I love the hangout room with a bar and a pool table also.I cooked all weekend and the kitchen was amazing a lot with all the equipment you need.We had a wonderful time there and never wanted to leave

I am a mother of 2 adult boys and 2 adult girls and a grandmother of five. I own and operate 3 child development centers in my community. These centers provide child care services, in addition to early intervention and therapeutic services to children with special needs. I also have a passion and knack for interior/exterior design and have been purchasing and remodeling homes for the past 30 years. I rent several of these homes for vacation, relocation and filming. My goal is to make these properties as beautiful, as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible!

The home is nestled in a lovely pocket neighborhood known as Sherwood Forest, due to the many large mature trees. You will find beautifully landscaped 1/2 acre lot homes as you drive through or take a nice morning stroll. It is conveniently located nearby grocery stores, eateries, corner shopping malls, etc. There is a Commercial Shopping Mall about 5 miles away and the freeways that travel to all areas of Los Angeles are very nearby.

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of my home. You will find rich earth tones, natural finishes (stone and wood mostly) make this house both inviting and enchanting. Almost every room looks out into the beautiful back yard. Perennials are planted throughout the year, which adds gorgeous color to the grounds. The view onto my backyard is breathtaking.

Relax by the beautiful outdoor pool and spa, while listening to your favorite tunes on our outdoor speakers. The spa is great for taking a soak after a long day touring around the city. The pool is great for taking a dip or swimming. During the Summer the pool stays pretty warm, anywhere from 82 - 86 degrees just by the use of a pool cover. During the off season, you may request to have the pool heated to 82 degrees at an additional charge. Be sure to inquire.

There are beautiful gas fireplaces indoors and outdoors that can warm you up toasty, during the Winter when it gets a little chilly at night and are wonderful for relaxing by, while having a glass of wine or reading a good book.

You can also enjoy watching movies on my large screen TV in the family room or master bedroom. I have cable with movie channels and netflix access on my television as well as a personal dvd library with over 150 hit movies to choose from.

There is a sound system throughout the entire house, including the back yard which is accessed through Sonos. Just download the free app on your phone or ipod and you can play all your own music or pandora or ...

The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked and ready for those who enjoy the culinary arts. There is also a formal dining room with sitting for 8 and another less formal sitting room with a table that seats 4 - 8 people (just add chairs).

I thoroughly enjoy my game room that has a beautiful bar, a pool table, surround sound speakers for music and 2 tvs. It is beautifully decorated and can be a perfect place for hanging out in and having a cocktail . . . . or two. ;)
