Pine Grove Beach, Isla Verde
Our 77 day stay was delightful, we go every year to Puerto Rico. This particular apartment was nice, not extraordinary. The kitchen was under equipped for people that use the kitchen, Pots and pans were too small, there were not any serving utensils, and short on flat ware.
The Master bedroom was fine, but the king size bed was made with a Queen matress cover, we requested and got a king cover from the owner. The sheets that were provided were stretched out, so the did not stay on the corners of the matress, just an annoyance. There is not enough chairs in the living room / dining room. We had to borrow from the neighbors when we had a dinner party. The doors to the patio do not open properly, they are designed to open fully, however one of the latches does not function so only 1/4 of the door way opens. These are mostly small nuisance complaints, but they do add up. We requested a wringer for the mop, to clean the floors, but were denied. The owner offered to suggest a cleaning service. We bought a Swiffer Wet. I think this may have been the first time the unit was rented, it needs some fine tuning but can be a lovely place to have a vacation.
