With a functional and fresh feeling decor, this fully equipped apartment is an excellent option for beach lovers seeking a romantic or relaxing get-away. The apartment faces the street, but the building is ocean front property. Steps from the beach by a sidewalk to the left of the building. There are hotels, supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Less than 8 minutes from the airport! Street parking only.

• No car needed in the area, everything is walking distance easy and safe during the day or night.
• Less than 10 min drive to Plaza las Americas mall or 5 min drive to Mall of San Juan
• Uber works fine
• Public bus to Old San Juan (T5) stops nearby, 0.75 ¢ each way
• 12 min drive to Old San Juan City
• 6-minute drive from airport ~ $12 Uber
• To rent a car there is 24-hour Charlie Car Rental across the street.
• 40 min drive for hiking experience at El Yunque national forest
