Immersed in the heart of one of Costa Rica’s most enchanting rainforests, where the jungle meets the sea, the villa offers breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sounds of tropical nature.

Come experience why our Villa continues to capture the attention of world travellers.

Beautifully designed living area featuring jungle breeze and stunning ocean views. The house offers 5 bedrooms (2 king size and 3 queen size beds), 4.5 bathrooms, TV area, outdoor terrace with bbq and dining area.
We have a full kitchen with ocean and jungle views, Wi-fi, A/C, and an outdoor tub in one of the master suites.
Our infinity pool with sun shelf will be your favorite spot to relax and enjoy this paradise.

Located within the mountains of the rainforest, you will experience all the wildlife and beauty that nature offers, while enjoying the comfort of the villa.

The property is located in Dominicalito, 30min drive from Quepos domestic airport and 3hour drive from SJO international airport.

For your comfort, since June 2025 the property has been equipped with a power generator to prevent any inconvenience during your stay.

Outstanding Villa with incredible views. Spacious and comfortable - beautiful layout. Perfect in every way! The pool was amazing. We loved all the birds, monkeys, butterflies. The service by the property manager, Katherine and cleaning staff, Jussy, was exceptional. The owner was very communicative. Highly recommend!! We loved every minute.

Superb experience before and during the trip! They helped us plan all our events, down days, stocked our fridge and aligned local chefs 4 times during our stay.At the house, excellent in so many ways. Wonderful weather each day - mix of full sun, cloudy and comfortable and some showers here and there.Excellent view from the house and the local beach is just across the main street at the bottom of the hill from the house…superb place to go see the sunset!Security - felt safe the entire time!Excluded - no neighbors, only some further away. Peaceful!One day ordered yoga outside, brunch at 11:30, massages at 1:30…example of how much you can enjoy a day hanging at the house.This area overall is awesome! Or many tourists and Uvita is a quick 20 minute drive away. Fun place to go for the day!Recommend this house if you come to this area of Cosra Rica!!

Beautiful Retreat Near Dominical

Our group had a wonderful experience. The property was beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the ocean and surrounding area. It was the perfect location for a peaceful getaway, secluded enough to feel private and serene, yet close to the beach, Dominical, and Uvita. The amenities were excellent, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely pool that became our favorite spot to relax. The host was very responsive and reached out frequently to check on us. The drive to the house is short but quite steep and unpaved, requiring a 4x4 vehicle. With the correct vehicle, it is a not a major obstacle but something to be aware of after dark and in the rain. The breathtaking views and the tranquility of the location made it a memorable stay. I would recommend this rental to those looking for a luxurious retreat.

I am Adriana, owner and property manager of Villa Kañik. My husband and I have 3 beautiful kids that grew up in this piece if paradise. We are a mix of cultures, Swiss Brazilian with Costa Rican blood all in one family. We love to travel, meet new people, be outdoors and do sports together.

We lived in the area of Dominical for more than 6 years, and our hearts belong to this magical place. We decided to build this home in 2022 so that we could always have a place to come back to, no matter where life takes us, we wanted to have a refuge, a place where we can go back to the roots and find our balance.

We are now very grateful to be able to share our home with you.

Dominical area is known as the place where the rainforest meets the sea. The beautiful scenario of the mountains reaching the coastline is unique. The area is green all year round, as it is part of one of the most dense rainforests of Costa Rica. The peace you will experience in the villa is unbeatable, surrounded by nature and wildlife, with 360 breathtaking views of the mountain and Pacific Ocean. The Villa is ideally located 1mile up the hill, and conveniently just 3 min drive from Dominicalito beach. A beautiful bay with tide pools at low tide and perfect waves at high tide for those who want to learn how to surf. Dominical beach and its classic surf town is just 7 min drive from the villa.
