About this space
This upstairs apartment is perfect for those wanting a stylish brand new space to vacation or work in. Custom woodwork, splashes of vibrant color, and all the amenities you need creating a perfect retreat. Outdoor highlights include a private balcony with seating and fire pit and an option to use our gated ground floor patio with grill which is available upon request. Restaurants, coffee shop, and bars are within walking distance and dedicated hosts nearby to make sure your stay is exceptional. My partner and I own a real estate business on the lower level. We come and go throughout the week and you may see us on the patio. We respect privacy and guests have their own private balcony, however you are more than welcome to use the patio.
The living room sofa converts into a bed close to queen size.
Our space is not suitable for small children. The stairs entering the apartment are a little steep, and the steps are a tad narrow. Please keep this in mind prior to booking. Anyone with mobility problems might consider a different space. There is a handrail, and the stairwell is illuminated. This is an older building built in 1890.

Hello! I am a Wisconsinite but have lived in California and Utah. I am an Occupational Therapist by trade who loves yoga, cooking, traveling, and of course my family. While traveling with (or without) my family I value beautiful, clean, and relaxing vacation spaces. I hope to provide that experience for you as well.
