Spacious Studio near Brady St

Unit Location
This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment building and there is no elevator.

Heat/AC
There is no thermostat. The heat runs in the building at the same time. There is a portable AC unit installed in late May/early June and removed around October depending on weather.

Parking
We do not have off street parking.

There is a little bit of street parking nearby and more a few blocks further to the east. If you do park on the street, you will need to register your car with the city of Milwaukee for night parking. Check the online house manual for more information about this.

If you wish to park off street, we recommend using Spot Hero to look for a spot.

Kitchen
We have basic cooking utensils that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up before checking out. There’s also coffee and a coffee maker.

Main Room
This room comes with 1 couch and a smart TV. There is a queen bed with fresh linens in the bedroom. Upon arrival, there will be 2 sets of towels and washcloths laid out for each guest.

Bathroom
This apartment has a full bathroom. The shower includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry
If you need to do laundry, we have a building wide laundry room in the basement. You will need the front door key to get into the laundry room. To get there, walk down the front stairs to the first floor. In the vestibule, there is a locked door, use the front door key and go down those stairs and that laundry room will be there. Instructions for how to pay for the washer and dryer will be there.

Accessibility
The unit is on the 2nd floor of the apartment building. The building only has stairs.
