The Laurelwood at Kentucky Lake Cabins

Welcome to The Laurelwood! This new cabin that was built in 2024 is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Springville, TN on the Big Sandy Basin of Beautiful Kentucky Lake. Come enjoy your home away from home and spend some quality time with friends and family at the lake. Whether you want to kick back and relax or spend your days on the lake soaking up the sun there is something for everyone at Kentucky Lake Cabins.

Kentucky Lake Cabins is a 2.5 acre property located a short 0.1 mile walk/drive through the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge from Kentucky Lake. The property has a large Log Cabin that can sleep up to 15 people, 2 spacious RV sites with full hook ups, and now, the Laurelwood, which is the newest addition.

Located conveniently across the street is Sunset Bay Marina with access to a public boat ramp.
2 minute walk away from a quiet public lake access point perfect for kayaking.
7 Minutes from Buchanan's Resort where you can rent pontoons and kayaks.
10 Minutes away from Paris Landing State Park.
Less than a half an hour to Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area.

The Space:
The Laurelwood Cabin has everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, living room with large flat screen smart TV where you can log in to all of your favorite streaming apps, a comfortable private bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom with tile shower and luxurious rainfall shower head, a built in doggy nook under the stairs, and a cozy and fun loft with two full beds. Outside you will have access to a private fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic table.

Guest Access:
Check-in and check-out is as simple as it gets. Guests will receive a door code 4-48 hours prior to check in. This code can be used to access your cabin anytime after check-in/before check-out. When you leave, simply lock the door behind you.

The Laurelwood Cabin is located at Kentucky Lake Cabins in Springville, TN. It is a 2 acre property nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to the Big Sandy Basin of Kentucky Lake.

Other Things to Note:
We are happy to provide you with most of the essentials, however we will not provide a restock of any items. In order to help you prepare for your trip, this is a list of what we provide:

3-4 Rolls of Toilet Paper
1 Roll of Paper Towels
3-5 Trash Bags
6 Bath Towels (W/D Available)
2 Hand Towels
6 Wash Cloths
3-5 Shampoo Packets
Hand Soap
Dish Soap
Dish Detergent
1 Pouch of Laundry Detergent

Some other things to note:

If you plan to use the pull-out couch, we will provide a flat/fitted sheet for the pull out couch, but you will need to provide your own pillows and blankets.

If you plan to bring kids under the age of 2, you may consider bringing a baby gate to prevent them from climbing the loft stairs.
