Sandpiper Cove 1074. This is a first floor unit with parking in front of the condo.

Welcome to our beautifully updated beach condo that offers a perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and exciting amenities. This cozy condo accommodates up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families, or couples.

Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living space featuring a king bedroom, bunk bed nook, updated bathroom with walk-in shower, cozy living room with queen sleeper, full kitchen, laundry, and spacious outdoor deck with ample seating for everyone to gather and relax after a day at the beach. Free high speed wifi is available. High chair and baby playpen are available on request.

Sandpiper Cove is a gated condo community that hosts an array of outstanding amenities to elevate your vacation experience. Take a walk to enjoy private access to 1100 feet of Destin's pristine beach. Cool off at one of the five inviting pools or relax at one of three invigorating jacuzzies. Stay active with a friendly match at one of six tennis courts, or the free par three golf course. The resort also includes a marina, restaurant, snackbar, drinks, and restrooms at the beach. You will also be spoiled by the pre-paid beach service that offers 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests from March through October.

Host Mike was a great communicator gave me all information before arrival. The place has every single amenity you could ever need. We didn’t use a lot of things there but we did encounter some bugs inside other than that this condo was great. This was our fourth stay in the area and it was nice and I Loved the porch swing. Also greatly appreciated the beach chairs that were included in our stay!

Perfect spot right on the beach, just a short walk away. Big enough for our family of five. The bathroom was a nice size, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Place was clean! Close to everything. The pools and hot tubs were great, and the grounds were well maintained. Dog-friendly and people-friendly. We would definitely visit again.Mike was great! He went out of his way to mail me something I forgot that his cleaning crew found. Honest guy.

great apartments 10 minutes walk from the unbeatable beach. The kitchen has everything you need and even more than you need for self-catering. Easy check-in process. The host responds instantly to your requests. We had a great time with our corgi dog. Also worth noting are the free beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. The only downside, for us, is the location of the external air conditioner unit under the bedroom window, and if you are a light sleeper, this can be a problem. This is not the fault of the owners, but a feature of building traditions in America.

Great little condo well acquainted with appliances etc . Owner was very responsive! Sandpiper Cove is a great neighborhood and the renovations in this condo we're great, rearranging the kitchen and adding bunk beds is great for a small family!

Family beach vacation

The condo had everything we needed and was clean! You could see one of the pools from the back porch so my kids were able to walk back and forth. Only a short walk to the beach which was wonderful. The property was beautiful! I will definitely be looking for this one again for future vacations to this destination.

Great Stay

Nice property and location. Owner was very great at communicating and went out of his way a few times to answer questions. Location was nice and beach access was easy. Beach service was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool and golf. Great size for our family of 4. Thank you!

lovely place, great location

Such a nice condo with a complete kitchen, plenty of room for us and lots of open kitchen shelves. The location is perfect for the par 3 golf and a nice walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella included. There is a dining table as well as a two-person porch swing on the deck.

Great condo
