Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire main residence during their stay. Guests will have access to the entire main residence, but please note there is a separate casita on the opposite side of the property as well. It is unlikely that you would see the other guests aside from driving on /off property.

Visitors can enjoy fine dining at Mille Fleurs Incorporated, Morada at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, and Veladora at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa. For a more casual dining experience, Rancho Santa Fe Bistro, Thyme In the Ranch, The Pony Room, and Nick & G's are great options. Additionally, CUCINA urbana, Cesarina, and Jeune et Jolie offer visitors a chance to experience Italian cuisine.

No Smoking • Guests ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: Secure driveway parking for 4 cars • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.

• Please note there is a detached separate guest house on the property as well. Guests will not have access to the guest house unless expressly agreed upon in advance, for an additional fee.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
