THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

You're in the heart of coastal Solana Beach, a short walk to Fletcher Cove surrounded by this amazing custom home filled with beautiful art and fabulous finishes. The outdoor space includes, dining area, grill, fireplace, water feature, and heater. The retractable doors and windows allow the indoors to become outdoors and vice versa. Enjoy varied state-of-the-art seating and entertainment options, together with touchscreen appliances, lighting, and shades. Relax into the five bedrooms, 3.5 baths. You're here: living by the tranquil bustle of the Solana Beach town with its shops, cafes, wine bars, breweries, live music, unique shops and its own train station. You won't want to leave. Two beach accesses in the neighborhood are just a 2-minute walk away with Fletcher Cove Park to the south and Tide Park to the north. Of course all the beach essentials are waiting for you.

This house is truly a jewel: beautiful inside and out, spacious, and ideally located. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, as well as the spacious kitchen. Our family loved walking to the beach, to restaurants and shops, and to live music. Solana Beach is lovely and the hosts were terrific.

Stunningly beautiful home, great location, and very comfortable!!!

A group of my friends and I celebrated my 50th birthday at this home and it was amazing! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the hot tub, steam shower, indoor/outdoor living space, firepit, waterfall and so much more. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again!

Great stay!

Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach and ocean! Tons of room so we were all able to spread out as well as great seating outside for enjoying the beautiful weather. Would love to go back!

Solana beach house

House is beautiful and so well laid out. Love the proximity to the beach and town which was all within a short walk. House was also supplied with all amenities needed and management was so easy to communicate with and accommodated with any request we had. Loved our stay!!!!

Fantastic house!

Perfect spot for a family reunion with my dad / grandpa. Location was wonderful for our morning runs / walks and fun to walk into town with everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. LOVED the outdoor space sitting around the fire pit and at the bar watching the family cook. Bedrooms also ideal for large family giving everyone some private space. Def will rent again!!!

Awesome Property

This property was amazing. It covered all the bases from amenities to comfort to cleanliness. The host was super attentive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. We had a medical emergency for one of our family members and the Solana Beach Fire Dept. EMTs responded rapidly and Scripps Hospital in Encinitas was outstanding.

Perfect Luxury Accommodation for Multi-Generational Family

We recently brought in the new year at the appropriately named Jewel in SB. Our party consisted of six adults and five young children, ranging in age from 76 to 2 years. Each of the young families had a floor to themselves, and we grandparents enjoyed the spacious master suite on the main floor. The house was immaculate, modern, elegant but comfortable, and extremely well equipped in the kitchen. We enjoyed all the amenities. The location was excellent - close to the beach, playground area, and restaurants of SB, as well as the many other wonderful activities the San Diego area has to offer. We appreciated the owners' encouragement to be eco-sensitive. BeachHaus Rentals was a delight to work with. We had one issue at the house (our fault), and they were highly responsive in fixing it. We would definitely be interested in renting this property again if we plan another family gathering in the area.

Exceeded expectations

“Jewel” is not an exaggeration. This is a beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home. It was so quiet, we felt we were in a cocoon. The kitchen has literally every single thing (and triplicates of many things). It was so nice that when we come back we will plan to eat most meals there. It is truly walkable. Solana Beach is a very quiet relaxed little town. The property managers were communicative, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Along with our 2 grown kids and their families, we all enjoyed our stay—plenty of room, open floor plan, a very easy walk to the beach and restaurants, well stocked kitchen, appliances, good beds, towels, linens, an elevator, peloton bike…this place checks all the boxes. Not to mention, it’s a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood at a favorite SD beach community. Needless to say, we’ll recommend staying here to our friends and will be back ourselves again soon. Oh yeah, really responsive and accommodating management team too. No complaints at all. Just great!

Amazing stay - will be booking a return stay asap!

We rent a lot of vacation homes and this is the best vacation home we have ever rented. The house is stunning, the location is super convenient and the host is incredibly responsive. The kitchen is not just stocked with everything you could imagine, but it's stocked with quality utensils and pots and pans. We ended up having dinner at the house almost every night, which is highly unusual for us. We are already planning our return stay with my parents as the elevator ended up being very useful!

Room for Everyone

The house was incredible! There was room for all the kids downstairs, the grandparents on the main floor and the parents upstairs. We spent most of our mornings and evenings in the backyard around the fireplace or sitting in the jacuzzi. The upstairs balcony was a great place for breakfast and coffee. The beach was a short walk away. The kids loved the boogie boards and the grownups loved the beach chairs. We had a wonderful family week.

Family visiting family. This house made the trip. I have stayed many times in SB. Would always try for this house from now on. Perfect lay out for family group/entertainment. Lovely patio/yard, very private. Great neighborhood, friendly and charming.Close to beach. Management (Brenda) was responsive and attentive. Even for dumb questions that had been covered in info emails:)) First time I thought about staying longer:)

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Solana Beach with three generations. The furnishings, appliances, all amenities are first class. The yard gave the kids in our group - ages 2-9 - the perfect place to do cartwheels and their dance routines. Seating for 10 around the table, eight stools around a magnificent island. After a short walk down the street, turn right for the beach or left for restaurants and shops. Ideal location. Everyone wants to return. Management was attentive and responsive.

A Gem!

We visited with a group of friends and three toddlers - the house was great and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed many meals in the spacious dining area. The kids loved the backyard, and the hot tub was a favorite for everyone. The garage was well-equipped for trips to the beach and had toys, towels, and a wagon. The layout worked well for three families as well. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were very soft, and some had noticeable indentations in the middle; otherwise, everything was perfect. Brenda was a fantastic and communicative host, and we look forward to our next visit.
