This updated first floor retreat located at Top of the Gulf is the perfect getaway option for family and friends!

The common area features 2 full beds with easy access to the units bathroom. The unit features a stocked kitchen and a patio just off the beach.

Top of the Gulf features a beachside pool, viewing deck, and direct beach access to make the most of your stay! We hope to have the chance to host you at our Shore-side Bungalow!

Top of the Gulf is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 10 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 2 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST PAY AND REGISTER FOR PARKING AFTER BOOKING. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. You can purchase one parking pass and 4 resort bands (bands will be in the room - lost or non returned bands are $25 each) with this Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo upon arrival at the complex.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Top of the line

I have rented several condos at top of the gulf over the years. This rental was the best of all.It was updated, very clean, well stocked, beds comfortable and although it was not ocean view, I definitely would rent again..

Beautifully finished room

Recently remodeled. Very nice room, very clean. Convenient ground floor location. We will definitely try to book this room again!

I really enjoyed my stay. Was right on the beach. Management was nice. Location great. I only have 3 things: there were fruit flies everywhere when I first got there, the front door lock was broken, and management charged me $30 for parking fee but did not wave it when I told them I did not need because have a car,

Lori was a great guest. Unfortunately she didn't quite understand the thumb dial to lock and unlock the Digital lock from the inside of the unit. It's a simple little knob to set the door where you don't have to enter the code to enter. We found it in unlock mode at her departure. If she would have called us we could have solved this for her during her stay. (We provide our number on check in day via a text message, to solve any issues that occur during a stay). We also treat our condos regularly for pest and retreated this condo at her departure. The complex has a guest registration process that is $30 and includes a parking pass. This is a complex policy to know who is on the grounds and the fee is managed and handled by the HOA Office. It is a mandatory fee on each booking.

Close close to the beach.

Enjoyed being on the first floor, walking out the side door and about 70 steps to the sand, PERFECT! Cort was very responsive; however , HVAC was NOT cooling, humidity was above 90%,if it’s resolved we will book again.

So the built in dehumidifier breakdown occurred over the Memorial Day weekend and we couldn't get part locally. I delivered a portable hvac unit to help keep the unit cool. The humidity was definitely not comfortable and we worked hard to offset the issues. We always want guest to know that when things go wrong, which they will, we will always answer our phone and work hard to solve the issue or offset the impact!

Nice place

Location was great and loved that it was on the first floor. Place was clean and roomy (considering it’s a studio)! The beds were a little stiff but they didn’t affect our sleep at all. We loved that there were a few beach chairs for us to use! It was also nice to have access to the pool at the property. The only thing we would suggest, as a group of 3 girls, is to bring a portable mirror if there’s multiple people that need to get ready at the same time.

Excellent vaca with my husband. Room is not facing the beach but is on first floor which is so nice and convenient!! Shower drained perfectly. Room was clean upon arrival. All kitchen accessories were stocked well! I wouldn’t take more than 4 people as room is small. Beach chairs included was amazing!!! We didn’t have to lug chairs back and forth! The pool was clean! Staff on duty were great. Washer and dryer not in roombut on several floors and worked perfectly, takes card and/or quarters to operate. We will be back!

Nice Place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! There are two things I would recommend fixing/changing. The shower door is extremely difficult to open/close. The only locking mechanism on the door is the keypad lock, I would’ve felt more safe/secure if there would’ve been a deadbolt or another type of lock to secure the room while sleeping.
