Recent Updates and Upgrades! This condo is located on the fifth floor in the main tower building with approximately 1,000 square feet of living space and TWO balconies. The living room and guest bedroom have a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico, and the master bedroom and balcony have a beautiful view of the Phillips Inlet at Powell Lake. The master bedroom has a King size bed, and the spare bedroom has a queen. The living room also has a sleeper sofa to sleep two additional guests. There is a TV in the living room as well as each bedroom. Pinnacle port is located in the western end of Bay County in the enclosed community of Carillon Beach. There are shops and restaurants in the community of Carillon, as well as right outside the gated community. Privacy and seclusion are the trademark of the Carillon community and Pinnalce Port; yet it is close enough to all the daily activities of Panama City and 30A. The 26-acre property of Pinnacle Port also provides access to Phillips Inlet and the water amenities of Powell Lake with an onsite boat slip and boat dock. The property also has two pools, tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and BBQ grills with picnic pavilions. If you are looking for a unique vacation or get away unlike anywhere else in Panama City, you have found it.

Family Spring Break

We had an absolutely wonderful time!! The condo was perfect with gorgeous views of the ocean from the living room and spare bedroom. Tabb and Christy were quick to respond with any questions we had. They were great!! Only very minor thing was the master bed had a pretty stiff mattress, But we would absolutely stay again!!

Fantastic Condo ... Fabulous Weekend

The condo was spacious and clean. The views of the Gulf of Mexico were outstanding. Communication with the owners were fantastic. They had all the answers to all of our questions. Nice place

The place was nice but not clean. Master bath needed cleaning and stairs needed sweeping along with living room needed mopping when we arrived. Micro wave handle was missing and There is only 1 dish cloth that was all stained with 1 dish towel. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was great and air conditioning is great. Loved sitting on balcony looking at ocean and pool.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

We absolutely loved our vacation at this condo at Pinnacle Port! The condo was very clean, spacious, decorated very nice, wonderful view of ocean or inlet water from all windows, easy beach access, close proximity to grocery store. This was such a pleasant and peaceful place to stay! We definitely want to return to this condo!

Beautiful Views !!!

This unit has great views of both the gulf and Lake Powell. The kitchen was fully equipped to make meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were newly updated. My family and I are regulars at Pinnacle Port and we would definitely stay at this unit again!

Quick Trip

Brought our 3 grandkids to beach for the first time. Condo location was great and convenient. Easy to get on the beach then pool and back to room. It was an enjoyable trip considering the young kids.

Fall Vacation

We really enjoyed our fall stay at Pinnacle Point.. The weather was perfect and beaches were beautiful. The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants just a few miles away. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had everything needed for the week. Carol was excellent to work with and we will definitely be returning for another visit next year.

Great getaway

Property was away from all the crazy traffic of PCB but close to stores and food. Beaches were clean. Pool was clean and staff was professional. Had an issue with a sink and Carol got back to us right away. Felt like a home away from home! Would stay here again

We had been staying at Pinnacle Port, in unit 529, for nearly 20 years as vacationers and have so many memories of AMAZING vacations with our family and friends at this beautiful property. Often on our trips, we would relax on the beach, hang out by the lake, or watch a sunset over the gulf on the balcony dream and think.........This would be a blessing to own one day. After countless visits, year after year, we fell in love with Pinnacle Port and Unit 529 SO MUCH that when there was an opportunity to make it our own, we decided it was our chance to make this beachfront piece of Heaven ours!

At Pinnacle Port, it feels like the beach, relaxation, and adventure is ENDLESS! There is 2500ft (nearly half a mile) of beautiful white sandy beaches just waiting to be admired. On the eastside of the property, there are some of the most beautiful beach houses in Panama City. On the westside of the property, there is a pristine, seemingly untouched, stretch of beach that feels like it goes on forever. Given the ever-changing Phillips Inlet, is seems as if it is your very own private island. Speaking of Phillips Inet, this beautifully preserved area of Florida leads right into Powell Lake, which covers 800 acres and is the largest coastal dune lake in Florida and North America!

The Pinnacle Port Resort has so many things to offer that is unique to Panama City. One of a kind beachfront experience unlike ANYWHERE in Panama City. The Carillon Village leading into the resort adds an upscale experience. The access to the restaurants and entertainment that Panama City offers, you are at the threshold of 30A and offers added options in the same regard. On top of the property being beachfront, it also is considered lakefront as well! Very few properties in Panama City can offer that type of experience and accommodations.
