This beautifully decorated ocean view and pool view 2bdr/2ba condo is located in the highly desirable oceanfront gated community of Ocean Villas, nestled in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. This is a two-story condo with two balconies that overlook the Atlantic Ocean. One balcony is located off the living room for family enjoyment and the other off the Master Bedroom for romantic star-gazing evenings amidst the ocean breeze!

Ocean Villas has a heated pool, as well as a zerp entry beach side pool, each with restroom facilities. There is a large gazebo, great for catching the sunrise or gathering with friends, that is located on the oceanfront. The private beach entrance and boardwalk are located at the gazebo.

You will have full access to all of the amenities the condominium grounds offer. Ocean Villas 6 has a full-size washer and dryer, renovated kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave…furnished with everything you need to cook a meal or prepare a quick snack in between your enjoyment of the sun and sea! Dedicated WiFi connection for our guests, TVs with cable in the living room and both bedrooms.

The unit is set up with a full bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor, and two bedrooms with a full bathroom with a tub/shower on the second level. The master bedroom has a King size bed and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room for your extra guest.

Because this is a two-story condo (2nd/3rd floor), there will be no one above you. Small dog friendly with a pet fee.

This is a highly popular location for those familiar with St. Augustine Beach because of its well-manicured grounds and convenient location to restaurants, food stores and shops. Also, this venue is just a 10-minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine! You can’t beat this location for fun in the sun or a peaceful beach getaway! ** Pet Fee is $200 Per Pet. Dogs Only. **

Ocean Villas-Spring Break

We had a fantastic week at the beach We especially love the heated pool though it could use more chairs. The beach is beautiful, clean. and a short walk from the complex. We walked to the local restaurants and loved a game of Mini-golf.

The location and pool were great. The unit itself had some issues. There was gum stuck to the wall behind the pullout, the dryer didn't work even though they asked us to start a load of towels before we left, which made us question the cleanliness of the towels (they looked dingy), the shower and shower caddy were stained and rusty. Check-in and parking was easy. Overall, the location and pool were worth it, but another unit at the location may be better.

Great Spot on the Beach!

The condo was very clean, well appointed, two pools and the beach! You cannot get much better than that! The location is great and you can enjoy both the beach and then drive a short distance to historic downtown with wonderful shoppes and restaurants. The best of both worlds! We will definitely return for another visit.

Great condo

This condo was beautiful, well decorated and had very comfortable beds. My family enjoyed staying here. Easy walking distance to both pools and beach. My only complaint was with the heated pools was over crowded, and there is a lack of chairs available, especially lay down chairs. So guest would take two chairs, one to sit in and one to put their feet in and there were no chairs available NO MATTER what time you went to the pool. But the condo itself, highly recommend!

Price does not reflect quality

My spouse and I have been coming to St. Augustine for approx. 12 years. We have stayed at many locations. We have gladly paid more money for accommodations; however, the condition of those properties reflected that higher price. This property did not. Upon entering the unit we found an electrical outlet with a broken cover. Further down the hallway we found the base of a smoke detector attached to the ceiling, however the detector itself was missing. In the kitchen we found moldy water in the Keurig. The livingroom area had a large and poorly patched hole in the drywall. The upstairs bathroom's exhaust fan did not operate. There were lightbulbs that did not function and a few areas that could have used a simple cleaning. I would not recommend this property as it is for the price listed. If the property was brought up to the standard that commanded the price, or the price lowered to reflect the current condition of the property, I could possibly reconsider.

The guest notified us after check in that a smoke detector was missing. We immediately went to the condo and replaced it. The conod has three (3) smoke detectors in the unit. However, the guest did not advise us of any other issues while I was at the condo. The condo is inspected prior to each guest and all the light bulbs were working when it was inspected. Also the cleaning staff assigned to this property are excellent and I have to disagree with this guest on the cleanliness when they arrived.
