You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located spacious place, at the same time that you can enjoy peaceful afternoons in the patios and the palapa-bar with ocean views. You will also have the option to swim in its private pool after exercising in its pickleball court.
The house has elevator, pool with ramp and other accessibility amenities, as well as fenced pool and gated stairs for kids' safety.
Take nice walks to go to the Marina (3 blocks away) and rent a boat for touring or fishing. You can also visit a convenience store, drugstore or restaurants that are just 2 blocks away!

I have lived in, at least, 20% of the states in Mexico, but this little town has the most beautiful sunsets I’ve seen, mixed with nice weather in winter and beautiful underwater life! What else could I ask for!?

Having the opportunity to wake up and drink your coffee in the front patios with the amazing ocean view of the house, enjoy the afternoon in the private pool, watch (from the palapa bar or the back patio) the sky and the sun create art during the sunset, with Tetakawi mountain as main character, is really an experience you should live at least once in your life!
