Welcome to our beautiful top-floor condominium with breathtaking views of the pool and Lake Norman. Just steps away from the North Harbor Club, Enjoy exquisite dining with a stunning waterfront ambiance. Nestled in a charming cove, you’re within walking distance to The Cottage wine bar and The Cabin cocktail bar, featuring live music on weekends.

A short 5-minute drive takes you to the quaint town of Davidson. Explore its eclectic mix of locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants, all centered around The Village Green. This vibrant hub hosts annual events like the Concerts on the Green music series and serves as a venue for Davidson College's outdoor events.

Our condo features two comfortable bedrooms, with the master offering serene views of the lake and pool. Relax in the cozy living room with a fireplace and smart TV or cook up a storm in the freshly remodeled kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances. Enjoy outdoor activities with nearby walking trails, tennis, and pickleball courts.

The condo includes one bathroom, with bath and pool towels provided. Utilities such as a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and a smart TV in the sitting room are all included.

We require a minimum 3-night stay, but exceptions can be made upon inquiry. Please note, pets are not allowed.

Lake Norman DelightOur stay was just perfect at this well appointed condo complete with homey touches and comfortable furnishings - just as pictured, very clean, and enhanced with a great cove view from the porch. The complex was very convenient to expressway, activities, and a charming downtown area to walk, shop, and eat. Communication with owner was timely and it was easy to access the unit. Repeat Stays!

Perfect for a couple or if you are traveling alone. I have stayed here several times and find it so convenient to everything. The only thing is that there isn't an elevator so if you have have trouble climbing stairs (4 flights), it could be tough.
